I’ve been going to jiffy lube for while now. I love the their services no appointment necessary you can walk in anytime, they’ll take care of you friendly customer service . I even got free headlight bulb replacement at this location by the general manager Kevin. Thank you.

Best experience I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube, Dan amd the team were not pushy, made good recommendations on future maintenance, and even offered me a coffee while I waited in my car! Will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

The people at Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie are excellent. They explained that you can go to any Jiffy lube to top off in between oil changes. You can get up to two free quarts in between. They explained so many things I had questions about. There is a coupon right now to help save. They are a bit pricey but the coupon helped offset that. Really nice people Moriah and John thank you for being excellent and go above and beyond

The Jiffy Lube location in Sun Prairie is by far the best. Other oil change locations (even Jiffy Lube’s) have turned me away because of my skid plate. But the Sun Prairie location always does the work and treats me with respect. They are always super nice, friendly, and even will crack some jokes with me.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The oil change was done quickly, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What really stood out to me was how positive the whole team was - not just with customers, but with each other. Everyone was smiling and their interactions with one another were genuinely kind and upbeat. It made for a really pleasant experience. I appreciate the great service and the positive atmosphere.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are incredible! I arrived quite late, right as they were about to close, and they still welcomed me in, performed the oil change, topped off all my fluids, and checked everything over. They did it all with absolute smiles on their faces, providing genuinely amazing service and kindness. I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help out at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Went today, had my French Bulldogs in the backseat. I usually go to Vaveline. My GOS took me here. I’m glad that it did. Keegan was super nice & friendly. The other gentleman working on my car was really nice, too. I was really impressed with their speed, friendliness & professionalism. I will be coming back!
