I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Assistant Manager Jerry. I went in for a top-up, and he was very helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the process quick and smooth. Really appreciated his attention to detail—great service overall!

Went to get an oil change pretty close to when they were closing and I’d felt so bad but everyone was super nice and helpful! Definitely returning to this location for future oli changes :)

Went in for an oil change last week, was in and out, showed me my air filter and had a replacement in stock and they even checked my coolant and topped it off. Thank you will be back next service

Every time I come in for a service & they Always get me in and out very professional people.

Showed up an hour before they closed, hoping they would take me in for an oil change. They took me in with no problem. They were very respectful and after I mentioned that I needed a tire rotation but said I could come back another day for it, they said they will do it today! Just moved to the area and I will never go anywhere else for an oil change and Tire rotation. 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to the guys that helped me on March 12th!!!

Glad to have discovered this place hiding in plain site a few months ago. As a driver who was looking for a shop to call home for my vehicle & future fleet, I believe I found it. Great people, great vibes, they know what they are doing. Definitely care about your vehicle & safety. Can't forget the hospitality, popcorn, device charging station & clean bathroom! Appreciate this place & protect them at all cost cuz honest mechanics/oil changers are rare!

I was driving down Durand and I hit a pretty good pothole and then I noticed my tire had popped off the bead I called jiffy lube to let them know and jery and his team went out of there way to help me get a new tire and get it on the rim since I had to leave town at 5 but I am really great full for jery and his team highly recommend

Jiffy lube today is back to the days when it first opened. Major staff changes, and service qualities. I felt having better customer service and job well done.

This is my go-to favorite oil change place. I like the courteous and professional way they treat customers, especially as a woman. If something does go wrong they fix it . I had a tire pressure sensor problem once and it took a few attempts to fix it. Very happy with this place!
