They got me in super quick, were very friendly and explained things in a way that I understood

The Assistant Manager was great!!! He went above and beyond to make the experience better. He provided the service, answered all questions and even provide a free water for the wait. Service cost was cheaper than quoted elsewhere

Came in for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. Because Jiffy Lube offers so many mandatory checks, I was shown my engine air filter and was reminded that it was past due for a change, so I added that as well. Work was done fast considering the three jobs. And Vincent helped me to get on their email list so I can take advantage of future offers at a discount. Much appreciated and will be back.

Jerry had both me and my girlfriends cars done within 5 minutes of each other. Love how hard working he is and how the crew works together with getting cars taken care of.

Amazing service. There were two people working: a young lady at the register and doing the service check; and a young man doing the oil change. They didn’t pressure me to replace the cabin filter or the differential although she pointed them both out and made good recommendations. Rather than sitting in my car, there was a nice waiting area with good wifi and coffee. Service was quick and reasonably proved. Highly recommend.

I went in yo get my oil changed. The worker's were friendly. But the oil change was on the experience side. Even though I do use full synthetic in my truck. They where fast at doing the oil change. Which was nice.

I was traveling and had an oil light come on. The staff was efficient and got me back on the road quickly. Very friendly and professional.

Jerry worked on my grandsons car. Replaced his brakes. Explained everything to him as to what needed ti be done and how it was done. Now today he’s working on my car and again he did a thorough inspection and explained what needed to be done. I would recommend him to family and friends and will return if needed.

I paid $160 some dollars for an oil change!! that's insane!! I will never again pay that much for an oil change. I feel like I got robbed, or I paid for like six oil changes up front and they owe me five more!! it seems like last year oil changes were still19.99!! sometimes he might pay $49.99 for a big ole truck or something. what the hell happened to that? The guys that did the work seemed great and knowledgeable and and whatnot put the price was just stupid. If I would have got the cabin filter and the air filter that they wanted me to I'd have been over $220 for an oil change for an oil change for an oil change

Went in and got my brakes done. Didn't wait long and jerry was super nice. Explained and showed me what was wrong with my brakes.

The assistant manager was nice and friendly they were quick. I had to come in the next day for a headlight. And they were amazing.

I was unable to get into the Somers location due to someone calling in sick, not the first time. This location got me in immediately. Staff was friendly. The only concern was they did not reset my oil change indicator.

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes and simple maintenance! Did you know they will change your filters and wipers, for a fee of $5 each, if you bring your own to them!?!? I love the fact that we can pop in for a top off, as well! The techs are always friendly and professional! Get yourself to Jiffy Lube for an oil change before your summer trips!
