I had excellent service today at Jiffy Lube #4203 in Sheboygan, WI. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted me from start to finish, checked my fluids, notified me of future mileage maintenance requirements, checked my wiper blades, and filled my air up in my tires. I really appreciated the air in the tires especially as I have traveled from a very high altitude and forgot to adjust for it. Every employee there communicated well together and were very kind to other costumers, letting them know if they could provide a service requested right away rather than making them wait. The other customers were also apreciativa of their honesty and willingness to help, even if it couldn’t be right away. They handled language barriers kindly and respectfully. The team that helped me were Arial G. in the upper bay and Roydeion T. in the lower bay. I’m not from this area but if I ever need assistance when I am, I would return to this location. You have wonderful service members and I hope you show them the appreciation they deserve, we are all lucky to have them on the team. Thank you!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I have had such negative experiences from Firestone to VanHorn, as a woman it is very very hard to find a car place that will not scam or scare you. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Joking with me and asking all the right questions and making it a breeze. Seriously felt like my family was doing me a favor. Arial and Tom!! Shout out to you!!! I am offered free oil changes at a dealership in town, and still will be coming here instead for the quality of service and comfort. Thank you both so so much!
