They got me in right away, suggested I might have coupons( I did) and did a great job very quickly. Reset my indicator, which isn't an easy process on my vehicle.

It may have been luck, but my oil was changed as soon as I pulled up. No waiting. Tech was able to pull up info on my last visit to be certain of the type of oil used previously. There's a question about pricing further down. I had to answer "not sure" since I haven't kept track of what an oil change should or does cost.

Done in 15 minutes, just like they said.

I came late on a Sunday looking for assistance with my vehicle and the team here was not only able to help but also provide me with information surrounding my visit that I'll be able to take with me beyond the visit. Got a flat tire when I was out picking up lunch, rolled into the Jiffy Lube on W 9th in Oshkosh, WI and they immediately got me in. They found the screw in my tire and patched it up. They got me back on the road quickly. Fantastic staff and service!!!

First timer here! Very impressed with service and care today by Aaron and Daniel. They took great care of me and I felt like a long-time VIP customer. They made sure to explain what services I could have done and double checked on prices before proceeding with any work and this was just for an oil change. Sometimes when I have routine maintenance done on my vehicle, I feel like I am talked down to by technicians. That was not the case here, I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Great service excellent experience

I’ve been there two times and both of my experiences have been amazing. This last time I had a hole in my tire and they were the only place I could find that could fit me in the same day. They had it done in 20 minutes. Great crew.

My car suddenly showed my oil was at 22%. So I went to my gas station to get some oil and they don't sell it anymore! So then I looked up your address and drove over!
