I went in about 4:30 to have them take a look at my brakes, I thought the calipers needed greasing. After the inspection Felix told me the calipers were shot and a brake hose was collapsed. He stayed after hours to make sure I was back on the road safe to drive. Excellent customer service and I appreciate all they did for me.

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Muskego the other day and was helped by Felix. He explained everything and was very helpful with the issue I brought to him. He was kind and friendly. I then had Mike, the technician, who was also kind and helpful. He told me about an issue that no one had mentioned before about my battery. I will definitely go back there. In my experience the car repair, oil change or even dealers don't explain and help the way Felix and Mike did. thanks!

Stopped in on a Sunday because I was having a tire leak. They were quick to find the nail and get me back on the road. Great group of guys. I highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. They don’t really pressure or try talking you into a bunch of add-ons like other oil change places do. They seem more reasonable and level headed about it.

$120 for a full synthetic out and filter change seems a bit hight to me.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. They were able to complete my emissions test along with providing me with the renewal sticker. At the same time I had my oil changed. The staff is efficient and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Felix and Tony were amazing today! My car sounded like it needed a top off, but they saw it was actually empty--despite being halfway through my oil change life. They not only did the top off, but looked to see why and found a small leak. Also walked me a through a few other things as well. Truly top notch and greatly amazing beyond measure.
