Came in for an oil change (a little past due… ok a lot) and my car was stalling out. Helped me get a new battery and oil changed. Super helpful and kind staff. Working hard on a hot day but all smiles and kindness.

My experience today was outstanding! I was greeted by Jaquill who was pleasant and very friendly throughout my visit. He kept me informed about the process every step of the way.. always with a smile. The crew performed the necessary maintenance quickly and effectively. After a couple of bad experiences my last 2 visits I am so glad I gave it another try. Thanks to the whole staff! Job well done

I came in for an oil change and headlight replacement. Lavar and Lou were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were super quick and even helped bend part of my front bumper back in place which had been broken for years!

Lavar squeezed me in for an oil change after closing which was greatly appreciated. Even though it was after close I did not feel rushed and was well taken care of.

Nytel took care of my car’s oil change and air filter! Talked me through this process as it was my first time getting car maintenance done. Him and all of the other employees working today were very kind and informative!

I had a great experience here today. My car had been making a diesel-like engine noise, and I was worried something serious was wrong. The two staff members were very patient and professional. They took the time to explain in detail how low engine oil could cause that sound, and they also recommended the best type of oil for my vehicle. After the oil change, the car sounded much smoother and quieter. I really appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience! Nytel and the rest of the staff were super pleasant. He even showed me where oil was leaking and that it was possible I had a head gasket leak. Although it wasn’t something they could fix, he wanted me to know that it may be worth having someone look at. He then cleaned it all off for me so I could see if it was continuing to leak or just because someone had overfilled it previously. Also, no one pressured me to get new wipers or things that weren’t necessary. They checked everything as well and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quick oil change without the headache.

I had a great experience getting an oil change, tire rotation and battery check at this Jiffy Lube.

I've been making it a habit to come to this Jiffy Lube. Usually a short or no wait during weekday mornings. Staff has been nice, efficient and not pushy. There are almost always coupons online too! Tonia is the best too.
