My quick stop at Jiffy Lube today was very pleasant. The tech Mark (?) was very thorough in showing me any findings and was very upbeat-even with the high temps and smoky air from the northern fires. Tim’s calm professionalism was refreshing. He’s very knowledgeable as well. I had him plug in the diagnostics and he was able to touch base on each issue in a way that made sense and wasn’t over my head. Thank you once again for a great experience!

Went there with a hole in my tire, the tech (Mark) got straight to work right away, no wait, the assistant manager (Austin) got me taken care of before the work was complete, AMAZING job! I will be referring everyone to this Jiffy Lube! outstanding employees!! the work was done so fast I had to go back in to get the names!

Extremely hot/humid day with all of the bay doors open, but the Jiffy Lube rep continue to have a smile on his face and offer me bottles of water numerous times. Fantastic service.!

The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and treated both me and my vehicle with care. Excellent customer service, fast service, and a great overall experience. They definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for future oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Was greeted promptly. Very nice young lady. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins for my turn. They did a thorough job and didn’t take longer than 15 mins. Was very thankful for my experience.
