Read to the end. Photos are applicable. Promise. I’m recently new to Wenatchee, I do work full time, but I don’t have my car here yet, I don’t know many people, nor do I know my way around this little town. I miscalculated my route home and missed the latest bus, and rather than be a burden or spend money on taxis or Ubers I thought I might be able to “tough out the night” by staying moving/walking, listening to my music and just pass a couple of hours until I could hop on the next available bus home. Unfortunately the temperature dropped super fast and was so cold (and I was not exactly prepared for such an adventure) I lasted as long as I could and then started heading towards any open business I was familiar with or a previous customer at so I could hopefully find somewhere to thaw out my painfully frozen toes and face which was so cold I could barely speak, and when I did try to explain my pitiful situation I’m certain I probably sounded mad. lol, I’ve never been in this particular place facing this particular problem. My words came out scrambled at best and possibly English as my second language for worst. Either way I approached this jiffy lube on foot, most likely a bit desperate in appearance, not familiar with the area and not even sure how to ask for help because I was frozen to the core (also I stopped at my bank just before they opened and had the cops called for sitting on the sidewalk, not smoking, I don’t do drugs or drink, minding my business, not littering, nor sleeping, but figured as a bank client I could wait for them to open up and use the excuse I need cash, to thaw out. It was miserable and painful. When the police showed, mind you no one even approached me to ask me to leave or tell me I wasn’t allowed to sit quietly and wait for the doors to open they wasted city time and police response to trespass me from my own bank, without so much as a warning or me disturbing even so much as a pebble. I do understand why this policy is in place, I don’t agree with the methods but I understand. However, kinda shitty. This was at Wells Fargo by the way just up the road from here. I probably won’t return to do any more banking with them. Anyways, I was desperate and about to cry. I went inside jiffy lube and prayed they wouldn’t laugh at me or call the police or just look at me like I’m as pitiful as I felt. I waited for one of the techs to come in and did my best, although horribly, to explain my situation without raising any concerns, and asked if I could stand in plain sight and thaw out. This man was very kind. Beyond kind. And even with my stuttering and nervous demeanor he was so polite and said “yeah yeah of course it’s not a problem just take your time and don’t worry.” He may have had more kind things to reply but I was honestly shocked at his empathy and humanity, and overall compassion. Thank you. I didn’t catch his name but regardless of the business he works I’d say to anyone, this is the type of person I’d want to do ANYTHING for my vehicles or home or business or potentially family as well. How absolutely wonderful he was towards me, didn’t ask questions or try to make me feel any less awkward than it already was. Once I thawed out roughly ten minutes maybe less, I wrote him a note with my name and contact info for if in the future him and his family or his crew would like to see a hockey (WILD) match, or see an event at the Toyota Town Center where I work, all he needs to do is call or text me and I’d give him any “comped” tickets that were mine to use free of charge. I also wanted to share this because it’s not something I’ve experienced much of lately. A kind stranger that could see I needed help and didn’t try to get anything nor did he want to add to my situation. Thank you again, I wish I caught your name. I plan to drop off something nice or yummy for you guys down the road. This may seem small but in a place where you don’t know anyone, as a small female, in a crazy world we live in, I can’t tell you how much relief this man and therefore the business gave me. ??

Thorough job! Just a longer wait than expected is the reason for 4 stars.

Stopped in for a conventional oil change and topped off the radiator fluid. I had a 50% off coupon. Good service. I will be back. Check it out. Worth the visit.

N. Mission in Wenatchee. Took my van for an oil change before a big trip. The staff was courteous, and efficient. Due to their policy of doing safety checks, it was discovered that my new-to-me rig was in die need of new rear brakes. I took it to get a 2nd opinion and sure enough, I needed the whole page! I am forever grateful to Jiffy Lube for making safer on my trip!!

Tim, Lindsay, Cody, Ray, and the mechanic all provided excellent customer service and fixed my A/C on a smoky, 103° day. I called to see if I needed an appointment, and Lindsay let me know what time to be there before their mechanic wrapped up for the day. Cody quickly began diagnosing my A/C and performing a recharge, which thankfully seems to have brought it back to life! They even did an oil change for me on the fly. Tim showed me my cabin filters, but didn't pressure me to replace them. I chose to anyway, and when he looked at my engine air filter, he said I could wait until next time to replace it. I appreciated the honesty. Lindsay was efficient and knowledgeable, and was extremely genuine when we got to chatting about life. She went above and beyond to recommend local places to eat, since my boyfriend and I are from out of state. I was very stoked to find people of like mind running this Jiffy Lube location, and will definitely be back! Thank you Tim, Lindsay, and team! You sent me home with cold A/C and a little more faith in humanity. Keep doing what you're doing!

Stopped in for a quick oil and filter change on my pickup which was do, due to mileage. They were extremely courteous and helpful and expertly got the job done. I'm very happy with all the folks who helped me at this jiffy lube on the north side of Wenatchee. Thanks to all who took care of this old fat mans truck. You are to be commended.

Best service ever !

I liked parking in Front and going to the lobby. They drove it up and out. The lead was appreciative of me returning for service. The brake lines need flushing (160k on truck) I didn’t have a coupon so he threw in the license plate lightbulb for free. The team looked like they were having fun.
