This shop next to the Walmart on Mill Plain, have been my choice for 26 years, multiple vehicles. They're always quick and clearly explain anything they find. And promptly fix anything I add to the oil change. They don't hard "Upsale". And I know I'm good to go on my next trip. Eric

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, in fact I drive up from se Portland to get my oil changed here. The staff is always friendly and nice.

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Jiffy Lube has a lot of turn over, it seems they can't hold on to employees long term, this may be an ownership/corporate issue, however, I never have an issue. Always fast service. They are very professional and thorough.

I have gone to many jiffy lubes... this one by far is the best one in Vancouver! I came in around 4oclock, and was out in minutes... for an oil change & topping off fluids. The manager (I'm assuming, was wearing black vest) was so thorough, respectful and kind. I appreciate the great work :)

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a kind smile...& when I was told that my free oil change was going to cost me because of the oil that my car takes I questioned it but the technician was very understanding..

I have mad respect for the folks who change my oil, but please for the love of God clean that bathroom and fix the paper towel situation (they were all already soaked). The service was quick and they did the job and didn't upsell me when I told them I just wanted an oil change. Everyone was very kind and upbeat.

MASSIVE THANK YOU TO CHRIS!!! Previously had my AC serviced here, was all good. But within a week or so, it started blowing warm again. ????? He was able to find that the connector was bubbling as he was trying to connect the AC machine on again. A quick swap of a part that was bubbling, half hour later… AC is blowing cold a week plus later!! THANK YOU!!
