Loved the crew today at Fircrest / Tacoma so much! They were communicative, efficient, and personable. I wish I knew their names so I could share them. I usually dread oil changes but this one went really well.

From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a great attitude. Nicole was especially helpful, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciate the transparency; they told me exactly what my car needed without any pushy upsell tactics. They checked my lights and filters, gave me a quick rundown of their findings, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find a shop that balances speed with such high-quality customer service. Huge thanks to Nicole and the rest of the crew,I’ll definitely be back!

James and Mike were very welcoming. Mike got us in and out in a flash. James was super friendly and actually shared some of his favorite bumper stickers he’s taken photos of on cars that have come through. Great group of men, highly recommend.
