Great customer service

As a young woman I get nervous doing anything with my car, I’ve accidentally payed too much for small things in the past. Marty was patient, and all around wonderful. He explained what’s best for my car as well as other options if I wanted, he didn’t try and swindle me into anything I didn’t need either. Told me my engine filter was dirty, but it would last a few more oil changes and to bring my own next time and he would put it in for free. Even if it’s a bit pricier than some local places, I’ll come to this jiffy lube every time from now on.

This location I've been going to for years now. They always get me in and out. The service is always awesome. I can't foresee not coming here for my oil changes.

Came in for an oil change, and the group was sweet as per usual. Made me aware of an issue with my vehicle I hadn’t come in for, and gave quick/reasonable feedback as to what to do next.

This is the only one I use in the Tacoma area they’re always ontop of everything and stay honest on what needs to be done.

Came in for an oil change , gave me more than I could ask for. Staff well equiped with full service knowlegde and great customer service. Saved me a ton on dealing with overpriced service needs for my Chevy 21 Traverse! Thanks Megan and the Team for your awesome work this 4th of July!! Cheeho!

They checked all my lights which I feel like a lot of places skip that , checked my tires and all fluids very through, my filter recommended for the next change they didn't try to force me replace it and Megan helped me get the old sticker off of my window after she saw me struggling! Super quick and professional!
