Fast and friendly

It was a bit of a wait but it was a great service! Staff communicated cost upfront, performed service, offered free air filter check and provided additional maintenance recommendations that would be more cost friendly.

The people here are so friendly and helpful. I came in for a routine oil change but my battery died. Had to get my car jump started two times. One of the employees even brought their car up to help with the jump. They cleaned my terminals and offered to replace the battery as well. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I will definitely be going to this location for all future oil changes!

The team here is extremely helpful and honest! Andrew in particular has been a great help with my car. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off and they always do a great job.

Fast, friendly service and I was in and out quicker than I expected! The staff was super helpful with my questions, and I left feeling confident about my car's maintenance. Definitely a solid spot for quick oil changes and other services!

I absolutely loved the staff, especially my technician. Everyone was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout my visit. My service was completed smoothly without any issues, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service provided. My only concern was regarding the veteran discount. I am a completely disabled veteran and have consistently received a 15% discount on services at Jiffy Lube locations in California. Since relocating to Washington, I was informed that the same discount would apply here as well. However, I only received $10 off what was already a very expensive service, which honestly did not seem consistent with what I have previously experienced. When I overheard what I believe was the manager informing the technician that I would only receive the $10 discount, I was surprised and a bit disheartened. I am on a fixed income, and while I chose your establishment because I have always trusted Jiffy Lube, the situation left me feeling disappointed and somewhat misled. I have since heard that another establishment nearby does honor the full 15% veteran discount, which may unfortunately be a better option for me in the future. Please do not take this feedback out on the staff or technician, as they were truly top-notch and provided exceptional service. I simply wanted to share my experience and concern regarding the discount policy. Thank you for your time.

I can to get a tail light fixed and was told that the entire part was broken and needed replacing. The staff was so helpful and showed me exactly where to buy the part. They remembered me when I came back and put it in so quickly! They were so nice and really saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you!

I went in with an emergency flat tire & no idea what to do - I just knew I needed help! As soon as I got there Andrew came to the rescue. Not only did I not have to wait - he was extremely helpful, reassuring that it was fixable & inexpensive, & he fixed my tire in a jiffy! Thank you Andrew for your great service, awesome experience, & turning what seemed to be a terrible day into a great day! Nice crew and they checked lights, fluids and tires for free! Also, You can sit in your car for the whole Oil Change which is helpful for pets and families traveling together.

I came very last minute with an emergency brake situation. They had me on the road in no time for less money than I expected. Their customer service was excellent. Frank, Hanna and Iuta were extremely helpful and I highly recommend going to this location for service.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had Saturday 4/4 the two workers in the morning were amazing. I came in thinking I had a bad oil leak but thankfully was informed it was just a puncture in the oil filter.

After getting turned away by two other shops, they actually took the time to explain everything and helped me get the best solution without trying to upsell or rip me off. Honest service like that is rare. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location.

Mad love for Frank, who not only diagnosed the issue with my car in ten seconds that Honda Sumner “looked at” for weeks and never figured out, but Also gave me what I needed so that it didn’t break down on my way to deal with it. Genuinely eternally grateful as I’m a lost puppy about auto stuff and Frank was knowledgeable, kind, generous, and saved me from a much worse problem and a much worse day. Thank you again!

Andrew is amazing! He was very obviously honest, a star at his job, and the reason why I will *only* go to this location for any car problems going forward. Mid-2010's Subaru crosstreks are the worst for everything. I came in for a simple oil change, mentioned this noise I'd been hearing for a few months. He instantly diagnosed the sound and got me in the next day to fix it all up + a bunch of other up-keep. If his boss(es) see this, please know that I'm guaranteeing you will regret not compensating him appropriately for his skills and customer service. A rare combo these days. Please give that man a raise!
