I would like to give a shout out to Jacob. 5 stsrs ????? Jacob (assistant manager) for going above and beyond. I guess he came from the valley store to work at your store on Division/Cozza. He was very patient and explained things to me. Answered my questions. Very helpful. Very professional. ( I was in for oil change) Thank you Jacob!!! 2stars??for review below> Now as far as the Manager(blondish hair)sloppy medium build maybe in late 30 yr. Range. I've been coming in for oil changes at jiffy lube for long time, get. Ok service.. but the manager (dont know his name? ) is very rude and is not helpful and has a bad attitude right from the start . I've seen him 3 times when I have come in for top offs and is always rude. Reason I know he is manager because He said he was. So thank you for reading. . Have a great day!!
