I have used this Jiffy Lube since I moved to town. I have always had a good experience. And I appreciate that they have a new option to wait in the car. There was no one else waiting today and it was very FAST. I was delighted.

Thomas and the team welcomed me before closing for an oil and filter change. He also noticed one of my running lights was out. I thought Jiffy Lube only did oil changes. I will be returning for other repairs. They are very professional, efficient, and kind!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The two team members who helped me were outstanding — professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing things the right way. They explained what they were checking, walked me through the services without any pressure, and kept me updated the entire time. What really stood out was how well they worked together. One handled the inspection while the other talked me through everything, and both took the time to answer questions with patience and confidence. Their teamwork made the whole visit smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. I left feeling well taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Excellent service from both of them.

I always come to the Sequim Jiffy Lube. They are extremely professional and super fast. The Assistant General Manager Andrew always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is well taken care of and is always so positive. 5/5 stars. The only place in sequim to get an oil change in my opinion!

They were so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did a fantastic job. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The mechanics at Jiffy Lube in Sequim WA are the best! They truly do get you in and out within 10 minutes, with oil changed, fluids topped and tires inflated. They even found a mouse nest in my air filter and cleaned that up for me. These guys truly are top notch!

Sequim Jiffy Lube is a professional place for an oil change. Staff is very friendly and the boss provides a professional service. Quick, well done, checked all fluids. Would come again 100%. Could even use the employees private phone for a local call, as my phone would have roaming fees. Very appreciated.

Awesome experience every time. Great service and thoughtful caring staff Highly recommended. I listed all the services I've gotten before and top offs. Today i received a great deal on lights being cleaned up and removal of the fogging as well as a radiator flush and the worker who helped me was Jayson and he went above and beyond. All the guys here are always amazing and helpful and I have been helped on numerous occasions where I get there stressed out and leave feeling peace of mind and that they actually care about their customers. Exceptional service at Jiffy Lube in Sequim, WA. The entire crew at Jiffy Lube Sequim troubleshooted my slight oil leak, isolated the problem, and quickly fixed it. Four or five men all engaged in checking tires, engine fluids, tire pressures and even resetting my oil change clock. This was VIP service in both lower and upper bays.
