Patrick, Elizabeth, and Chris were great! Came in just before closing and they still gave me a great experience.

Patrick was great super knowledgeable and helpful. Informed me about the top off service that I didn't even know was a thing even though I've been coming to jiffy lube for years. Elizabeth was also very nice. Was a quick and hassle free experience.

Team was fast, informative and professional

Patrick, Demirous, and another gentleman (red hair with a ponytail) got my car taken care of. They were extremely nice, and tried to help fix my tail light, but it turns out it was filled with water! They knocked out my cabin air filter to give it a little more life and even cleaned my windshield- which no one has ever done for me at an oil change. Amazing customer service here, just very genuinely kind guys. This was my first visit and the next time I need an oil change I’ll be coming back to this location. Thank you guys! Appreciate it!

These guys really took care of us, I needed new spark plugs and so close to closing. Get this team some air conditioning and cold drinks to stay hydrated in the heat! Thank you!

Great location!

As a young female going to any auto repair place is intimidating. At this location I didn't feel that at all and in fact, felt quite welcomed and respected. I enjoy learning about cars, so I performed my own oil change but suddenly had issues a month later. I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. While it was busy with a little bit of a wait, Carlos and Michael gave me frequent updates and were able to very quickly and efficiently identify and fix the issue. Robert did an excellent job and the service portion took only 15 minutes! I am so so pleased with the service that despite living in North Seattle, it is worth the drive down to Tukwila for this JL. Thank you!!

Everyone has always been so kind to me whenever I come in for an oil change. I live in Tacoma but I always make my way down here at this location. The service is fast and they always give me a heads up if my car needs additional service. In and to that they always answer all my questions and they take the time to inspect my car thoroughly!!! I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They took great care of my husband’s oil change and went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of other things that needed attention on the car — even things they couldn’t fix at their shop. They explained everything clearly, included estimated costs, and made it easy to understand what should be prioritized. On top of that, the employee helping us had incredibly neat handwriting, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more professional and thoughtful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. You really can’t beat service like that!

Friendly service, quick, and they didnt try and sell me things I dont need like they do at the dealership. Made good recommendations based in my driving and current mileage, I will definitely be coming back.
