Good service

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They took great care of my husband’s oil change and went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of other things that needed attention on the car — even things they couldn’t fix at their shop. They explained everything clearly, included estimated costs, and made it easy to understand what should be prioritized. On top of that, the employee helping us had incredibly neat handwriting, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more professional and thoughtful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. You really can’t beat service like that!

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The oil change was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me great suggestions and recommendations for keeping my car running well without being pushy. Really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly service, quick, and they didnt try and sell me things I dont need like they do at the dealership. Made good recommendations based in my driving and current mileage, I will definitely be coming back.

Today's visit is an example of what a normal Jiffy Lube experience should be like, I pulled up and I was immediately addressed and then pulled into a bay with limited to no waiting. Provided a clear communication of what services we were looking for today and was very thorough in the inspection of my vehicle; including light checks, tire pressure checks and topping off my windshield wiper. Total experience was 15 minutes to get my oil change and windshield wipers replaced Very happy with the service I was provided and the customer service they presented. I would suggest stopping by this location if you have some time

Fast friendly service and open earlier then others! Big bonus if you don't want lines. Christian and Ta'Liah were super friendly and efficient! Will be back again.

Did not pressure me to pay more than what I should or pay for unnecessary services. Love what he and his crew do here and appreciate what he does for the community.

I came in and Dylan took care of me immediately. I really appreciated that he was fully transparent about everything they were doing to my car. I was really impressed that every single time he explained something they were doing, the team members had basically already finished the service in that time. Pat is hilarious and runs a really fun and efficient crew. I recommend stopping by this location for amazing transparency, a fast service and a great conversation!

Usually go to a different Jiffy Lube but was in the area so stopped by. Team was awesome. Everyone greeted me, did a thorough check up on my car and Patrick even washed my windshield. I’ve never had that happen before! Thankful for great service these days ??

Antonio is a great person , to day I passed via jiffy lube Tukwila he did a. Great job for me on my RAV4 2013 and he is the guy to look out for thank you so much Antonio and Jiffy lubes.

I came in for an oil change and the workers helped me understand what other critical services I needed and Why. They were patient and kind without being patronizing and even managed to find me a discount. Patrick and Antonio were both great. They got me back on the road in better condition than I was in and gave me a short list for next time.

Jiffy Lube is the best place to be. The staff are nice and the Manager Anna is Fantastic
