The customer service I received was truly exceptional. Antonio and Patrick were incredibly helpful in addressing all of my concerns.

This was my first time getting an oil change at this location and I’m very happy with the service I received. Patrick and Elizabeth were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Dylan and Patrick are the best! Will only come here from now on. Great hospitality and speedy service.

Much Better than West Seattle and Burien. Customer service and knowledge of customer service is excellent. Technician here give a better knowledge of customer to help understand and utilize better knowledge of our daily driver personal car care. This is place and get things right.

Went to Jiffy Lube at Tukwilla location, Dillon was assisting with what my Toyota Corolla needs to maintain things as needed. He is very professional, patience, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very friendly. Also another person helped me his name is Judd, he was explaining to me why my engine light was on, he figured it out why and explained to me in a very professional manner and very friendly as well. They have great team working together and every one did their part accordingly and very satisfying, every one there very kind and helpful, I will definitely coming back there and recommend everyone to do oil change at this location, if you want to get an excellent service from every one here, you wouldn’t regret it. Thank you Dillon, Judd and your whole team.!!

Called patrick about my concern with my oil level since my last visit they said come in and they’ll top me off no problem . i came 1 hr later and antonio assisted me and heard my out and told me a little issue i have that could be the reason and not many will hear you out and take time to check and explain it to you ..antonio definetly loves his job i can see and i appreciate you guys servicing me today and they topped my oil off and added other needs no questions asked! highly suggest going to this jiffy lube in tukwila!
