I normally go to the Bonney Lake location because the service there is always outstanding! So, when I randomly came to the Federal Way location and saw Lester—the same person who has taken care of me in Bonney Lake—it absolutely made my day! Lester has always been amazing, and he still is. He’s professional, welcoming, personable, and genuinely makes you feel valued. Those are some of the best qualities a person can have. Thank you, Lester, for always taking such great care of me! Your excellent service truly does not go unnoticed. I appreciate you!

Solid communication between employees to ensure nothing was done improperly. They were busy and overall it took a while. But I’m fine with slower more methodical work.

I had a light replacement 2 months before and it went out again. They checked it and replaced it for free!

Best Experience in 10 Years! ?????* I had a GREAT experience at Jiffy Lube today! The communication was excellent and the staff were wonderful. They conducted themselves as true gentlemen — opening and closing doors for me and referring to me as “ma’am.” This was the best experience I’ve ever had in the 10 years I’ve been coming to this location. Thank you for upgrading this location, Jiffy Lube! I will definitely be using this Location again

Everyone here was really friendly. They were busy at the time I came but working efficiently as a team on all the cars. I didn't feel rushed at all, I felt like they took their time with me and they checked my tires and my spare and my lights and all that and answered all my questions, letting me know some things I should look out for and will probably be due for soon but didn't push it on me as urgent when it wasn't so that's always nice :) And they would have vacuumed my car for me but their vacuum is broken and they've been waiting on a new one so corporate Jiffy Lube or whoever is in charge of that, if you see this, please give this location a new vacuum!!! They're working so hard and they're so kind and they deserve it and also for the customers since that's something that Jiffy Lube advertises to be included with an oil change service! I really wanted my car to get vacuumed today but it's okay. Overall I had a good experience
