Super quick

I was having a horrible time with my local car shops, so I came over to the Aurora Jiffy Lube after having great service from Greg through the phone. Arrived, was assisted by Ben, Chad and Jordan. 1000/10 service, super helpful and extremely nice. I will always come back here for any car service. Thank you to the Jiffy team on Aurora!

I previously had my oil changed at Grease Monkey, and unfortunately they messed up my car. They reinstalled the protective panel underneath my car incorrectly. Because of that, the panel eventually came loose and started dragging and scraping on the ground. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube for help, and the team here was absolutely amazing. A huge thanks to the staffs Ben, Jordan, Chris, and Chad who were all extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They fixed the panel for me at no charge, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for my future oil changes. Highly recommended!

truly the best jiffy lube in the seattle area. i live closer to two others, but the team at aurora is so fast and friendly. it’s worth driving a few more minutes to visit them! transparent, communicative, and efficient.

The July 2026 team Greg and Jordan are doing very good work here. My 2019 Corolla received thorough, efficient service with both an oil change and an air filter replacement, along with clear and careful explanations for why the filter replacement was necessary. I learned quite a bit from this visit! That will help me know better in the future what questions to ask. The team were good humored and clearly had my best interests in mind. I have been a customer at this particular location for a long time, and I have no reason to think about changing that.
