Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.

I really appreciated this Jiffy Lube on Lake City Way in Seattle. The staff were very professional and friendly. They gave the used car I was considering buying a free inspection and recommendations, for my information and consideration. Thank you Saturday afternoon staff 5/9/2026. :) Julie

This was my first time getting my oil changed, and they made the whole process painless and easy. When it came to recommending additional services my car needs, they were extremely knowledgeable and able to convey that information to someone who knows nothing about cars, all without being pushy at all! I had a lot of anxiety before coming here, but I'm leaving feeling happy, informed, and more confident about getting my car serviced. Also, their prices are competitive, and there's a ten-dollar-off coupon on their website! I also got a quote for new tires, which look to be a pretty decent price too. I love that they top off your fluids and do an inspection. The wait time was virtually nonexistent, and they offered me cold water and got me checked in during the "wait." I 1000000% recommend this company but more so this specific location. The vibe was *chefs kiss* <3

Everything went well, I felt well communicated with and satisfied with the service. Close to the end, while I was awaiting news of a possible oil leak, there was an awkward exchange between employees about whether an employee could spend time in their vehicle while on the clock, and then defensive behavior about being approached about this. “Stop being so aggressive” was the phrase I heard. My overall impression is that the person who inspected my vehicle for leaks returned to their own car without updating the technician who was my point of contact. There was a distinct lack of professionalism present that was unnecessary in front of customers. It has a potentially chilling effect on my ability to trust that I’m getting quality service.
