Highly recommend this shop. I needed an oil change and the Redmond team on duty today (3/28/2026) was amazing! Cyrus checked my tires and let some over-fill out, did a check engine light and gave me the code and consult on it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was fast and convenient.

Huge shout out to Katrina (incredibly sweet) and the team working today!! Got my oil changed at Lens Automotive and they managed to not screw the oil filter in, so my car has been dumping oil for a few weeks. Took it to Jiffy Lube and they fixed it + filled my oil back up for free!! I will absolutely be coming here for my next oil change, or any other issue they can fix! Thank you guys so much!!

The people are amazing, great energy here. They were quick and efficiently. Definitely recommend coming here especially for the free entertainment from the workers everyone here was great.

Staff members are friendly and efficient. Even though my car asked for a tire rotation with the oil change, they told me my tires look healthy enough to last till the next oil change so I got to save some money.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube Oil Change on Avondale Way. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, and I was in and out faster than expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process felt smooth and organized. Overall, excellent customer service and a stress-free oil change experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone in the Redmond area.

I had some car issues and found out I was due for an oil change and a new battery. The staff was incredibly kind (especially Kat!) and super helpful. Kat was on top of everything and was great at reassuring me that I was gonna be taken care of. It was my first time getting an oil change on my new (to me) car and they did an awesome job! Huge kudos to Micah for sticking through the difficulties of getting to my cabin air filter. I will be coming back to this location for my next oil change for sure.

Every single human I came in contact with was BEYOND helpful and friendly I drove in with engine trouble and Micah and his team bent over backward to help, manning my car for free, and even talking me out of an unnecessary oil change when it was discovered that the problem was with the catalytic converter. I cannot recommend this team more. Thank you, guys.
