I so appreciate Russ - his knowledge, his experience, his presence. I know I can trust the service I'm offered and am getting, and that matters big-time. I'm glad he continues to Be There! And thank you also to Tim for his service this morning. I'm grateful this Jiffy Lube has continued to be a great place I know I can go and I can trust the service will be spot-on for me.

My son and I were traveling on an adventure to Ruby Beach when his Jeep started smelling funky and burnt like. We started off in Wenatchee and heard a sound but ignored it. We made it to Ruby Beach but it was late and dark out. I saw cougar signs and was afraid to get out. We kept driving. Eventually the jeep stopped working somewhere over there and we ended up at this little sweet town and these nice gentlemen helped us. We didn't have much money and the hotel, even though it was fantastic, was over 400.00 for the night. I forget what they did for us but it got us on our way home and I must say, I am beyond grateful to have broken down in such a perfect little place! Thanks guys! I'll never forget your kindness!

Excellent service! I went in for an oil change too early and they could’ve just done it and I’d have paid. But they let me know my hybrid wasn’t required to have a change until 10k interval and that I’d didn’t need it yet if I wanted to save the money. Honesty! They’ve helped me in similar customer focused ways before too. I will always do my changes at the jiffy lube in Port Townsend Washington!!

I’ve been to other Jiffy Lubes, but these guys in PT are the best. They are funny, cheerful, friendly and know what they are doing! So grateful for their help.

Russell is the best, been coming to this Jiffy lube for years, he's always been consistently great. Also, recently had a positive experience with Kenny. They really make for a positive difference when getting my oil changed.

I wasn't sure if I needed an oil change or not. They checked it for me. An oil change wasn't needed but it was a quart low. They took care of it for me for free!!! I was totally impressed! You bet I'll be back!

Really impressed with the kindness, efficiency and quality service at this oil change shop. The staff are great and I loved meeting sweet puppies there. After looking into it though, it seems the company should be paying the staff more to live well and care for themselves well. They are exposed to a lot, chemically, emotionally and physically. I want them healthy and focused at their important job. This is coming from a concerned customer, no conflict of interest. Thanks again for your kindness and care of my vehicle.
