Not only did they install the battery, they fixed our retracting running boards!

I came in stressed as my car died in the parking lot. The day prior a mechanic returned my car to me barely running, stating I might need a new engine with no proper testing. Austin and his team were honest, professional, and thorough. They found a broken spark plug whutch was the actual caus of my cars problem. It was obvious that the employees here were genuinely happy for me, and took pride in their work. My car now runs and sounds great! Thank you, Austin and your team, for helping turn a stressful situation to a positive experience!

The customer service was excellent, I never felt talked down to despite most of the staff being men and me being she/they presenting. It really got done in 15 minutes, really refreshing compared to Walmart ?? The price is more in comparison, but the time saved and the services provided is worth it. Walmart told me I needed my battery replaced soon, jiffy said no. Although they pointed out my serpentine belt would soon need to be, and when I asked how many cracks, the guy carefully showed me where it was and to see myself the condition it was in. Which in my opinion is fantastic, I got to see it in fact needed replaced sooner rather than later as there were about 5 cracks that I COULD see. This built trust, so I feel comfortable coming back and getting my car serviced again. Seeing and believing what actually needs tending to rather than believing just in what they say, this means in the future I'll be more willing to trust these employees in what they say my car needs to keep running. Total was about $115, no additional paid services and the cheapest oil I could afford.

Don't let them stand out with a sign!! Go see them!! Got right in and out!

I've been going to jiffy lube for years. It's always good. However, I thought this time, 7:19 was exceptionally good. Good. The customer service was top notch

Everyone was amazing and I love their sense of humor.

Needed a emergency oil change and check, they found a moldy cabin filter too. Guys were friendly and helpful , got everything replaced quickly before I had to be to work. For a great price too!!

The Jiffy Team ganged up on the Honda and got it all wrapped up pretty quick. Good group of guys and attentive to details. Oil & filter, transmission fluid change and topped off the radiator in less than 30 minutes.

Went to get an oil change. I was happy that this Jiffy Lube didn't pressure me into other services needed. I was disappointed that my window washer fluid was not filled while here on Saturday the 24th. I thought this was always done.

Austin there was great! I had too much oil from a recent self oil change that was causing a HEV malfunction, he siphoned some oil out, no charge, and I was good to go!

Even though they are a little more expensive the service and employees are worth every penny! The fact that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes is amazing! I had such a nice experience with this location. All the service members were really friendly and professional. The pricing wasn’t bad, compared to Les Schwab and it was super quick. I just want to say thank you Isaiah for actually educating me on what a cabin filter is and how to check it. He took the time so explain something that I had no idea about and I appreciate it. Overall, cant recommend this place enough :)

Service was quick and communication was good. No services were pushed on me that I didn’t ask for or need at this time. Both techs were very friendly and spoke with me in a clear manner. I could not be happier with my service especially considering the fact that I arrived there thirty minutes before they closed.

They did an excellent job. Super nice and fast. Definitely will go back. However very nasty potholes getting into their garage so be careful. Definitely could mess up your car if it’s low enough. Huge thud and nothing looks bad but I don’t see how that can’t be a liability to the facility. Hope they get that fixed soon

I just wanted an oil change. The tried to open my locked glove box, to get to the cabin air filter. I had to say don't bother. $107 for an oil change, including $6 to top off the coolant.
