Very nice group, appreciate them putting up with my husband complaining about the price (although it is overpriced) but this shop is cool and they gave the doggo a treat! Edited to add we were in and out in less than 10 minutes for an oil change.

Good customer service

Excellent service team in both attitude and availability and the speed of service were all very good. The crew worked well together as a team and everybody did their job accordingly. They also did a thorough job on checking the essential functions of the vehicle. This location was pretty convenient to get in and get out and was not too busy during typical hours. All things considered, I highly recommended service station.

Jack and the crew were awesome. He got me taken care of. I was traveling for work! Definitely a spot to stop at!

A little late posting this, but better late than never. After living on the peninsula for nine years and getting regular oil changes at Jiffy Lube, I can confidently say the Port Angeles location is by far the best. I worked at Jiffy Lube years ago, and this team still does things the way they’re supposed to be done—thorough, professional, and consistent. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I really hope management recognizes how strong this crew is. It would be great to see their standards and training applied at the Sequim location as well, so customers there can have the same level of service.

I'm always so impressed with our local Jiffy Lube. They are fast, efficient, and I appreciate the checklist they announce as they work through each vehicle. I've heard horror stories from many reputable mechanic shops but always feel thankful after my oil changes here.

The team that works here are so nice and pleasant! I got in and out in about 25 minutes. They are extremely nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I tipped them $30 so they can get lunch, beer or whatever they wanted. I will definitely be using them while I'm here for the season. Thank ya'll!!

James went above and beyond my expectations and his duties. He found a hidden problem and solved it, saving me headaches and money down the road. James provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I always get quality and quick service.

Fast, easy and convenient. From the time I pulled in to when I pulled back out with my oil changed, it was less than 30 minutes! Extra bonuses, no need to call, can just pull in when its convenient for you and you dont have to get out of your car at all; oil change, paying, everything...sit back, relax and play on your phone while these amazingly kind people work on your car.

The crew is great, prices are crazy.. 140 for an oil change is out there but to be fair everything is expensive at this moment.
