Great service. Competent staff

Very professional and thorough. Cleaned my windows, checked and fixed my air pressure all 4 tires, ran out to get the air filter. High ly recommend - also recalled with each other every step they took and double checked vocally with coworkers to complete service. Really great

Fast oilf change with a gift card from cashing in non winning Washington lottery tickets. SPA DAY for the car. She also.got tires rotated at a different spot, washed and vacummed.

We had the best experience here! Our original oil change was speedy and quick, staff were super present and very very nice. We got home later that evening and unfortunately had an oil leak. We gave them a call in the morning, and not only did they get us in right away, but the manager Nate gave me great step by step instructions on how to safely get my car back to the jiffy lube. They took care of the issue (super minor and simple mistake, happens to the best of us) super fast, and refunded us the cost of the oil we had to put in to get to the jiffy lube! Some people may not return after a snappoo like this, but the fact that they fixed it so fast and were so nice during the process, we will for sure be back!! Awesome team Nate! Noah and Rylie were just as awesome and great, and had us cracking up in our car while waiting for the fix! Thanks Mount Vernon team!

I've gone to this location for a few years now and it is the best Jiffy Lube I've been to. Every location has always treated me right but Nate and his team at this location always go above and beyond. They're really good at explaining and showing things that need to be changed and never talk down to me (I am someone who knows nothing about cars). Nate helped explain the different packages I could purchase and helped me decide which one fits my needs and budget. I know my car is being taken care of when I go to them to get it serviced. Thank you for having such a great team!
