First time at Jiffy Lube for an oil change, they have always been so kind to check my tire pressure in the past for free. Joseph was phenomenal: extremely kind, informative, and personable. And no wait! Will be returning for my oil changes in the future.

I bring both my personal and my work vehicle to Jiffy. Lube, and they always do a great job. The Kirkland location did such an excellent job and everybody was super nice and helpful, and I will definitely bring my car there instead of going to the overpriced dealship.

Just left. Super experience. Friendly staff. I was in a long neglected car. It needed a lot. The up sell was totally value based, no pressure. When guy learned it was my wife’s car, he said tell her she can come in anytime for fluid top off, warning lights…. Redhead guy was my point of contact. Good dude.

Very kind people, quality customer service and they did a solid and quick oil change. They were also very attentive with their inspection/checks.
