Have come here a few times. They aren’t very pushy about getting extra work done and move past it pretty quickly after you say no.

Went to another location of theirs an hour before close and they were out of the specific oil filter for my car. I was heading down to the Kent area anyways so it didn't bother me that much. I figured I would just try another location so when I got there and explained my situation, they quickly took $20 off my service because of the inconvenience. Extremely fast and great customer service. I would highly recommend in would 100% come back.

Chriss, the guy here very knowledgeable person in vehicles, he figured it most of the hidden problems which my mechanic didn’t show up. Highly recommended to ask for Chriss anytime you headsup here.!

Staff was attentive and aware of vehicles as the pulled in for service. C.V. notified me of the leaks on my Jeep and offered an AC service, Oil System Cleaner and made a sure I was aware of how my oil looked. I will be going back for the AC recharge, once I fix the AC compressor fixed.

Very quick service . For some reason my card didn't pass. They handled it so profesional, saying things that font make feel m I re embarrassed. Uff finaly my card pass through and they always kept the friendly smiling face. Thank u guys

Went in for a service and was able to get right in the staff were very professional, and Isaac helped me and he was great… I would come back for an oil change in the future for sure !

We have always used this same jiffy lube in Kent and they’re always super nice, explain everything they’re doing, and get us in and out quick. There’s a reason we keep coming back!
