Very kind staff, was quick and painless

On our way to Spokane, the A C in our automobile began to falter. We pulled into Jiffy Lube explained what was going on, $150.00 ish and an hour later we were back on the road to Spokane. We enjoyed cold air for the rest of the trip, and the AC still works great.

I pulled in today, not knowing why I couldn’t get a reading on my oil stick and Jeff gave me some knowledge that I’ll never forget when your dipstick does not reading. It means it’s about 2 quarts low so just keep an eye on it. Don’t want to go under that. They topped me off checked all my fluids checked all my tire pressures. Tony was amazing. These guys treated me like family everybody should come here thanks guys.

I don’t know much about cars but they explain everything super easily to understand and give you answers. This business is fast and efficient i will always go here for my oil change!

Went in on what I imagine is your average busy Saturday. I was promptly greeted by Cass with a great smile. Car need to topped off on various fluids as well as an oil change. The team let me know what needed to be done and made sure I was OK with everything before they did it. Chance was one of the team members who worked on my car as well as Jeff. As a whole the team did great. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. Chance was very courteous and explained things that needed to be done. Great customer service. Jiffy can you contact me? I just had an excellent experience with the manager, Amanda, and another woman who cleaned up the oil massacre that occurred when I stopped at a JL in Spokane and they didn’t put my oil cap back on. They found the cap and got me back on the road. Thank you!

Amazing service! I only get my vehicles inspected and oil changed here in Kennewick. They make it so easy to be able to just drive in and get your vehicle taken care of for prevenative matience issues.
