Great team, excellent service!

As a 17 year old girl who has been scammed very often in the past, the workers here made me feel very comfortable and safe. While the prices may be a bit high, they include a lot of additional free services that you may not initially realize. I’ve gotten my oil change done at Walmart, Rolling Bay Automotive, and even myself, and I would consider this a great bang for your buck. The service was quick and they inspected a lot. I would 10/10 recommend.

In and out in under 30 minutes. That is so awesome!

I went to Jiffy Lube and found my oil cap was missing while I was waiting in line to get my oil changed. There was oil all over my engine and leaking out the bottom of my car. I walked to AutoZone and they didn't have the part I needed. Ozzy offered to drive to O'Reilly's down the street and grab it for me, and then the crew meticulously cleaned off the oil residue on the engine as well as doing my regular oil change. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much Darrin, Lorenzo, Blake, and Ozzy for helping fix the mess and chaos I brought to you. I will always recommend this place!

They did an awesome job rotating my tires, I thought that they rotated while I drove but the staff did an amazing job advising me that’s not how it works. 10/10!

Shelby and team were very kind and attentive. They got me right in with zero wait and explained the entire process very thoroughly. One of the quickest, smoothest oil changes I’ve had in quite a while. Would recommend to anyone!

Just finished my second Jiffy Lube service. Exceptional staff and excellent service from Katie, Angelica, Lorenzo and Darin. They even found and took care of a monster mouse house in my engine. Rock stars.

Best experience ever at a Jiffy Lube. Blaze is the man. He helped locate a coolant leak in a line that was causing a burning smell, told me exactly what to do, and topped off my coolant for me. I was really anxious about it and he really helped a ton. Such a good dude. Thanks so much!

Happiest jiffy lube crew I have ever met! Stopped in for an oil change because the place I usually go was busy. I try to avoid jiffy lube because ive gotten some sketchy & angry technicians in the past (at other locations). Was pleasantly surprised how cherry everyone was! They were all working as a team & i think the manager was on the floor helping out. They were very kind & quick!

Got in immediately same day and had issues fully addressed and fixed very quickly. Detailed check of the car and additional problems were found but no up selling or pressure! Very fast service and back on the road with a safer car!
