????? I stopped by Jiffy Lube expecting just a routine oil change, but I left genuinely impressed because of Shirley Greer. I have always been the type of person who either worked on my own vehicles or had someone come to my house, so this wasn’t my usual choice. After my experience with Shirley, that has completely changed. Shirley Greer is one of the kindest, most professional, and most personable people I have ever met in customer service. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, took the time to answer all of my questions, and treated me with genuine respect and kindness. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows in everything she does. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and it’s clear that Shirley sets the standard. If she isn’t already the manager, she absolutely should be. She represents everything a company hopes for in an employee—professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. Because of Shirley Greer, I will be bringing my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube for all of its maintenance for the rest of its life. She has earned my trust and my loyalty.
