Perfect guys love to come again

This was my first time here. I usually go to a reputable shop, but I was out in the area house sitting and needed the oil change. All went well other then the persistent sales when I only wanted the oil changed. I recieved an estimate for rear breaks, but the estimate had someone elses information vs mine. I have a 2015 for explorer.

Nathan is an exemplary employee who absolutely needs a raise, this man’s talent under a hood needs to be evaluated better good god. I mean, a battery change in literally under 20 minutes? No hassle, no stress, just easy convo and a quick service to my vehicle. You bet I’m coming right back to fix that differential.
