The team at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond on Saturday, the Fourth of July. My son and I were traveling from the coast of Oregon to Alaska when a wheel on the trailer of our fifth wheel toy hauler sheared the bolts from the hub and we were stranded on the side of I-5. We had a tow truck driver stop and state that he couldn’t help me and that he had more work to do and just left. We use my son‘s vehicle to get off at the closest exit and we found the Jiffy Lube where Tanan is the manager. Tanan and his team were very thoughtful and supportive to the extent that Tanan used his personal vehicle to help me pull the hub off the trailer source parts go get parts do the repair and put it all back together on the side of I-5 on the 4th of July. What started out as an attempt for a temporary fix just to get off the highway allowed my son and I to pull into Wasilla Alaska last night July 7. Can’t thank Jiffy Lube Tanan and his team enough for what they did to get us back on the road great experience thank you!

Fantastic experience. Quick and Easy

Tanen helped me with my power steering flush and did a excellent job on it. Had some concerns about rear axle/ diff he went down and gave it a check. Overall would reccomend this place to anybody great experience and went above and beyond

Even with a constant waves of cars coming in and closing time quickly approaching, the team still provided outstanding service. They explained the cost of everything before starting any work and gave me different options in case I wanted to upgrade, downgrade, or add additional services. Not once did they seem stressed or grumpy, even though the shop never stopped getting busy. That’s what great customer service looks like. It’s the reason my family and I keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

The workers here seem great, but the coupon was completely deceptive. Apparently my pathfinder was just above being able to use the $33 off coupon because I needed slightly more oil.

I originally thought $200 was a lot to change a spark plug, but mine was so stuck that it was rare for it to come out whole. It even had the chance of going to a dealership for repairs. My mechanic managed to remove it completely and fix the tread on my screw, ensuring everything is secure and tight. He also applied a lubricant to prevent future sticking and seizing. I’m incredibly grateful that they were able to fix this issue and go above and beyond. He also demonstrated the proper techniques and procedures to follow in similar situations in the future.

Love this location! Feels like an old Mom and Pop oil change location. Great crew as always! Will always come here! Naithan feels like family and does want to take care of us as one of his own family! So glad to have them as part of my cars health!

Will was so incredibly kind and helpful! He was able to quickly swap out our hard-to-access battery on a Sunday afternoon with no wait time.

Battery died in my car, and unfortunately Ford makes it difficult to perform the swap. Called Jiffy Lube and spoke to Will who was tremendously helpful. Brought the car in 10 minutes later and was helped right away with no wait time. Service was great, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend this location!
