My 6 year old son and I came to Jiffy Lube in Broadway in Everett Wa. I had an amazing experience. Cricket was awesome. She was on the customer side of my experience and she made me feel very comfortable. One of the employees offer my son and I cold water. At the time it was in the 70s and it was great. Caleb and Anthony were great with their work on my vehicle. Over all it was a great experience. I have found a new home for my oil changes because of the staff.
