I want to extend my sincere thanks to the team at Jiffy Lube for providing truly outstanding customer service. After an issue at a different Jiffy Lube location in Spokane resulted in oil being spilled throughout my engine compartment after not replacing the oil cap, this team went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly clean my engine, but they also ordered a replacement oil cap for me at no cost. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a team so willing to step up and help resolve a problem they didn’t create. Their kindness, integrity, and dedication to excellent service turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I am extremely grateful for their efforts and would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused service. Thank you again for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it!
