Fantastic service came in to jiffy lube and had the most best experience with my service. Started with getting my fluids and oil checked was recommended to get an oil change from both Shelby and John. Will be coming back again. Big Thank you to Shelby and John!

Friendly attitude, professional conduct, advance service notifications, transparent pricing, and a great overall experience.

Very efficient and professional team. I showed up without an appointment for a synthetic oil change and was taken care of in less than 20 minutes.

I pulled up at 3:56pm on a Sunday thinking I saw that they were open till 5pm. I told them I was about to leave over to Eastern WA to see my mom and my brother who was in town.. They close at 4pm on Sundays... Christian and James stayed at took care of me so well and made sure that my vehicle was prepared to easily make the drive over the pass safely. Corporate might not acknowledge it but I wanted locals to know that they went above and beyond by far!!! I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past but this visit completely changed my mind and will only be going to the Covington location from now on! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN AND JAMES!!!! GOATS!!!!!

My last trip there has me a little upset, BUT I will still come here to get work done, not by the guy who did my brakes, another mechanic had to go over his work and tried his best to fix the problem. My car been sounding funny and the brakes make sounds when stopping. Is that normal??

These guys were my second stop today after being recommended by a different jiffy lube because according to the first shop, my front pads were worn down and needed replacement. 30 minute drive later, I got here and after getting the car on the lift, they came in and were honest, my pads were juuuuuuust barely into the yellow zone, plenty of life left, and saved me $400 on work I didn't need to do right now. John was appropriately frustrated w/ the other shop for sending me on a goose chase, but was a straight up guy, I'll definitely be coming back when it'd actually time to get the brakes done.

When I arrived to Jiffy Lube today I thought for sure that my car was headed towards catastrophe. Maggie quickly diagnosed what was happening to my car and helped me fix every issue. 10/10 would recommend!

I stopped in to Jiffy Lube on a Monday at around 3 PM to get the oil changed in the company car that I drive. They changed the oil and filters super quick and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and helpful. This was a very smooth visit and I truly recommend stopping at this location to get your oil changed quickly.

I should have paid more attention to their names but they were very professional and very thorough. Quality inspections were done and all services Were performed correctly. Nice bunch if dudes. :) Very likely to teturn. Thank you for the price of mind.
