I had John as my Tech and was very helpful, educating and hands on with me. He explained everything to me each step of the way while my vehicle was being serviced. I had an oil change and transmission fluid service done . The team seemed very knowledgeable, tae’sean especially stood out. His professionalism and friendly attitude. Took the extra step to replace my air cabin filter and make sure everything was taken care of, made sure I understood the service.

Tae-Sean, Christian and the rest of the crew did a complete work on my older SUV checking filters as well as fluid levels. I recommend this Jiffy Lube. The site even had a filter delivered.

Great experience, was in and out very quick and they noticed I needed new brakes which saved me a huge hassle in the future.

Tae-Sean was the person that took my call and was very professional and honest about the wait time. I came in a couple minutes after the call and he greeted me and let me know he is who I spoke with. I had some concerns with my oil and he checked everything and let me know what was going on. He gave me options and talked me through the whole process. Ben, Chris, Christian, and James were all very professional and made me feel comfortable and not taken advantage of! I have always heard that jiffy lube was a scam but theses workers made me think otherwise! I will definitely be back!

I admittedly know nothing about taking care of cars. I came in for an oil change and was delighted to work with Tae’Sean and Maggie! They were so kind and actually explained to me what was going on and why. These two were wonderful and my car isn’t making those noises anymore.
