There was only two workers here. They were both dead tired. I heard their side chatter that they both had a hell of a day. But they stayed professional, friendly, and they verbally verified eachothers work. It sounded like they were following procedures to a T. I usually hate jiffy lube, but I'd come back here based on this one experience

I like how they gang up on all the tasks.

I've used several stores in my general area and this is by far the best. The people are great, friendly and professional.

First time I ever been to a jiffy lube, it was super fast let me know different things about my car I didnt know. Highly recommend

They always take care with my truck. They're very thorough and never push extras. They inform me of what's recommended and I'm in and out in great time.

We ALWAYS go here to get an oil change and tomorrow we are going to Moses lake so we wanted to get it done today but we had a family emergency and weren't able to get it done at 545 we decided to go see if they would take us since they close at 6:30 and they were very nice and fast. We ALWAYS have good experiences when we go here! Even when my annoying Lil doggie yaps at them lol they are amazing overall

They are wonderful and I didn't need a appointment. They changed the fluids on my rear differential and transmission and Air filter and it didn't take long at all wonderful service

Quick, friendly service on oil change, air filter, antifreeze top off, fuel filter, wiper blades, tail light and brake light replacement. They also checked brake fluid, tire pressure, steering fluid and tested the battery. Thank you!

Excellent service. Kind, courteous and helpful. They even put in two backup lights I brought in with me. I offered to pay for the labor to install them, but they did it for free!!

Kyle is the best. I got my breaks done back in February and they were still squeaking. I went back the first time and the gentleman told me nothing was wrong. So I went back again and Kyle looked at them. I explained to him what happened and he did everything he could. He put on new rotors and new break pads and no more squeak. I def recommend seeing Kyle if u go here. Thank u so so much.

Had to get my brake fluid exchange (Centralia location was able to do oil change previous week and directed me here). Staff was kind and courteous and offered free tire rotation with service, while kindly educating me on other regular maintenance. Couldn’t have asked for better before my road trip. Thank you!

Oil changes are quick and the staff is always friendly. Informative, knowledgable, and answer any questions I have. Give recommended work and professional opinions, but not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend.
