Great service in a timely manner. Cleaned my windows too!

Stopped in for a free mid oil change inspection. Excellent customer service By Whitney who inspected the vehicle, And Laura W who greeted me and Reviewed the inspection notes. The inspection was quick and efficient and I appreciated the overview. I felt valued as a customer and felt the services were trusted. It was noted that I was using the incorrect oil so I appreciated the information and they topped me off before I departed. Would recommend based on the customer service in efficient speed

I regularly go to the Centralia Jiffy Lube for oil changes and to have my tires rotated. They consistently provide great customer service and value. They let me know what my car needs and don't try to upsell services unnecessarily. Today they got me in and out in 5 minutes replacing a headlight bulb (thanks for being so speedy, Chris). Erin manages a great team which speaks to her leadership skills! Thanks for being consistently awesome!

Chris helped us take off a jammed old windshield wiper. He was yanking on that thing for 20 minutes bless his heart I would have given up. We really appreciate your guys hard work and highly recommend this place. Him and his co worker really went above and beyond!!

I just want to thank the two men at this Jiffy Lube who helped with my tire on 11/8. I hit debris on I5 and all the time shops were closed. They were able to help us and get us back in the road in about 15 minutes. Thanks for all your help. You could have turned us away but chose to help

We had to stop by unexpectedly, they were professional and had great customer service. On top of that I don’t think it took more than 15 minutes to get our oil changed from rolling up to leaving.

Had AC recharge here and was serviced per request. Free popcorn and coffee. No parking unfortunately but staff very accommodating. This Jiffy Lube branch is the best around the region.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh and Edwin at the Centralia location. Edwin was especially helpful—very informative and thorough. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They checked all the fluids, made sure everything was in good shape, and verified that my vehicle was good to go. Excellent customer service all around!

I came in today because I needed to get air in my tires and left with such an impact full experience. I will recommend this jiffy to all my friends! Amazing quick service

Went in and got my car serviced and they were awesome with great service.

Jiffy lube serves more than one purpose for me. Provides great service for all maintenance needs for my Vehicle. I like to visit the chehalis location for any repair and diagnostic services if ever needed but the Centralia location keeps me on the road and in top notch conditions for any traveling I may do . Erin runs a great team at Centralia. Highly recommended .

We had a surprise issue with a Dodge Grand Caravan rental we own. Erin @ Jiffy Lube was able to accommodate our customer and get the vehicle back on the road very quickly. Totally went above and beyond what we expected thank you! We will consider referring customers due to this awesome job!!

Went to this Jiffy Lube after seeing damages done to my oil pan from other branch. After arriving the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. Immediately got my vehicle in to take a look and see what they could do. After seeing the damage and was not able to remove my Oil Drain Plug they offered me several options to fix the problem. They contacted their manager who came right away to help me solve this issue ensuring that they'll do whatever they could to fix the problem. Once the manager arrived he spoke to me about the problem and continued to contact his leadership to see what they could do. They offered me a solution to the problem that I agreed to. I would 100% recommend THIS shop. They were more than helpful to me and even went out of their way to find me every solution possible in order to fix the other shops mistake. It's understandable that things happen but it takes a very honest company to admit to those and correct the issue without leaving it up to the customer. I would like to thank all the employees and manager specifically for helping me with this and not just trying to get me out the door.

Tha manager seemed upset and wasn't too kind but these guys knew I needed help and got the job done quickly. Kyle and Larry were true gents. I smelled oil on a drive down to Portland and stopped in. They took a look and even checked my tire pressure to ensure I was safe for the rest of my journey. Excellent customer service!

I'm always having these guys read my codes or fill my tires. They've seen me through every car! only one man was absolutely disrespectfull and needs to be slapped with moldy bologna but everyone else deserves good things ??
