Michael, Joaquin, and Mila... Top notch customer service. They were quick and efficient!

Micheal was a very kind and attentive, Sarah was an excellent and time efficient lady! such an amazing job well done!

Got to jiffy around 11:00am on a Saturday, one car was ahead of me, and got out at around 11:40am. Oil change cost me $143 for full synthetic 530 ($129 w/o tax). Michael greeted me in the entrance lot, got the info he needed, and was up front with pricing before I got into the bay. Mila helped me get my tires lined up, guided me in, check my lights, and worked from the bay. Once the bill came out, it was about $45 over what I was originally quoted. I asked what changed from the original pricing, and Michael was also confused on the change of pricing. Four of them walked over to their machine to figure out the issue: additional price for air filter was added. They recognized the mix up, and changed it back to its original quote. If you go here, they’re great, just make sure the price doesn’t switch up on you:)

Rico and Michael were so friendly and very helpful with my service! I only waited about 15 minutes to get in even though it was a busy day. Sarah checked me in quickly and was friendly and professional. The whole shop was working together well and their communication between each other as cool to hear. They were all helping each other. They were working hard and making jokes too which I love. The shop was clean and organized. I got all the services I needed and did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. I recommend this shop! Thank you!

Great experience super fast!

They were quick and checked things I didn’t think they do. Made sure all my lights were on and working, checked my coolant and tire pressures. Thanks to Carlos & Mike for their awesome work.

Techs were friendly, quick, and competent! I went for an oil change with no appointment. There was one car before me, and the wait time of about 20 minutes felt reasonable.

Carlos serviced my vehicle at the Burien location. He serviced both my jeep and my husband's! He does a great job and even cleaned my windshield! I recommend this Jiffy Lube and their quick service.
