I had one of their techs flag me down in traffic to let me know I had a dragging heat shield, told me to bring my car by their shop on the Guide and he would reattached at no charge. Went to the shop at lunch time and they were good to their word. Their whole staff as great, will be back!

Dom was solid and in control with everything going on. Nolan, the upper bay Guy working with my truck was new possibly and was very receptive to Doms input with no grumbling. Solid group of leadership and guys. Plus, always love seeing Christ Glorified even if it’s through the apparel bearing his name! Update: My invoice says they filled the windshield wiper fluid and my tires, but the check tire light from the cold weather has been on for a week, and didn’t change after I left. Only needs to go up 2psi to shut the light off, so they likely didn’t do it. And my windshield wiper fluid light came on today. So wasn’t filled. Seemed to be helpful, but seeing several items not done that they said were, gotta lower the rating. Update again: Dom called back offering to fix things. I couldn’t get through when I called. In the voicemail they offered to add fluid and fill tire. I’ve already bought windshield wiper fluid and filled the tire. Not expensive stuff, just a matter of putting it on invoice but not doing it rubbed me wrong. Dom seems like a solid leader though, likely just a miss when in finishing it all.

Had a great experience every time! They do well to train their new guys and are always nice. Don is a good leader and their team are all helpful to each other.
