Jalen was very friendly and patient as this was my first time in Jiffy Lube. They changed some parts of my breaks and did the oil change very quickly, keeping me updated every often.

I don't want to rate the tech, but the follow up service. I added the oil here and the car made some noise while driving after the service. I drove back to the store, Teven helped me. He helped me like helped himself, I had a great experience here.

Sydney and crew are awesome! Rolled into this location after foul interaction at Vavoline in Bellevue. Immediately Sydney checked us in even though they were about to close. It was pricier than Valvoline but well worth it. Thank you for the oil change.

Got an oil change, they were fast and friendly! And it wasn't too expensive...

Jose the manager and his team are top notch. I bring all of my company vehicles here. The wait time is usually less than a 1/2 hour, which is perfect for me because I am constantly on the go. Anytime I've been to the dealership the dealership tries to price gouge me. For instance , the dealership wanted to charge me over sixth five dollars for wiper blades , which is criminal. I paid less than thirty dollars for wiper blades at jiffy lube , and they installed them for free. They have also never charged for topping off my oil and washer fluid as well as air in the tire. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here. This is the best option in Factoria and tje general area for professional and fast oil change service

Caring team here in Factoria helped me get just the right care for an old car recently purchased. I went in panicked that the oil on the dipstick was actually black. An oil change and engine flush later, it was like driving a brand new car. Team lead Jose was understanding and kind about the status this car came in with, and supportive in also helping me stay on budget. I loved that they were able to pull up previous history on this car that I didn't have access to, and help me get a better maintenance routine established for a car of this age than it had been on previously. Jose, thank you so much for your kindness. You all were amazing, and I am beyond appreciative that you were willing to help me so close to closing time. Thank you!

Professional, friendly, and quick!

Jose made the experience exceptional! Called a few days before my appointment and was told 3 to 4 hours and was also quoted an estimate. When I brought my car in the new estimate was a little higher than the original. Jose said he would honnor the first estimate and the work was done in about 2 hours. Car runs great and I think I just found my new go to place to have work done on my cars (not just for the oil changes). Thanks, Jose!

This place has friendly manager and accepts customer own parts. They have been friendly and nice. Explaining items on my car with patience, i really appreciate jose and his attentiveness, as well as david and logan who have helped me with my oil changes and the rest of the staff who preformed them, I would reccomend this store if you like honest hard working people.

Best oil change experience I’ve ever had. David and the rest of the employees are as good as it gets. Offered all the free of charge services, vacuumed the interior, washed my windshields, topped off my vehicle fluids- I’ll be coming back here no doubt about it.

This is my FAVORITE Jiffy Lube by far. I have been here for many issues that other Jiffy Lubes cannot take care of (like AC recharging issues) and they're not only extremely helpful, but very honest and never try to upsell me. I appreciate their care and honesty and think this location is far more superior to others in the area. Not to mention, their service time is exceptionally quick as well.
