I was just few of miles out from getting my oil changed at a competitors location across the i90 bridge, when I got the dreaded dashboard light on the highway. Checked, and my dipstick was bone dry. These guys just happened to be the closest to me when I was in a panic. But it turned out to be the best place I could've gone. Tevin, Matt, and Jalen helped me out in a major way and we're so helpful in letting me know what had happened, quickly fixing the problem and giving me a comprehensive receipt/documentation so I could file a claim with the competitor location. Turns out the wrong size oil filter had been installed and it was a major mess on my undercarriage and I lost all but 2 quarts in just a few miles. But because of their help I avoided any damage to my vehicle and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes no problem. Super helpful. Kind. And I definitely will be back at this location specifically.

Haven't been to Jiffy Lube in a long time but stopped at the one in Factoria today for an oil change. The team was very professional, friendly and got their work fone quickly. They let me know about a potential leak in my power steering fluid ao I can keep an eye in that. Super happy with the service I received today and the team who took care of me. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

Honestly, I’m sad I didn’t find these guys Sooner! I have come here 3 times and they have actually tried to HELP ME instead of seeing me as a consumer$$$! Which is such a rare thing these days. Diagnostic at the jeep dealership ALONE cost $300+, not including parts and labour but jiffy lube fixed my water pump with full diagnostic, labour and parts for I bet half of what dealership would have cost me! I came in again for a check engine light and they just went above and beyond! I am happy to leave a 5 star review anywhere that provides good, genuine old school service! Very personable, and informative! Thank you so much too Jaylen, Cole and Syd who helped me out with this service!
