Ten out of ten! I live in a neighboring town; but, it’s always worth the trip for this business’ service. They had my oil changed within 20 minutes and their frequently used coupons being my total bill to around $50 which is a steal for this type of service nowadays. Thanks guys!

In a world where you are lucky to get even mediocre service, I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube. The plastic cowl/underbody panel on the front of my vehicle had come loose and was dragging on the ground after being damaged in a parking lot. I stopped in hoping they could help secure it so I could drive safely without it scraping. The team went above and beyond. Instead of just doing a quick temporary fix, they took the time to properly reattach it with new clips and got everything secured back into place like it should be. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It's refreshing to find a business that takes pride in customer service and is willing to go the extra mile- pun intended. The staff was courteous, efficient, and had me back on the road in no time. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn't hesitate to return for future vehicle service needs. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Outstanding service and a great team!

Some stuff from the glove compartment was on the floor from when they went behind to assess the cabin air filter. Reasonably efficient

I've been coming to the Winchester Jiffy Lube for years. The team there have always been friendly and professional. The work is done promptly and always explained before checking out.

Wonderful service at this Jiffy Lube location. Richard was a great customer advocate. The team that performed the service (oil change, tire rotation, overall check up of brakes, air filter, etc.) was terrific as well. The team caught an issue with a brand new wiper blade that my dealer had replaced just a month or two ago. They put the bad wiper back in my vehicle so I could take that up with the dealer. I highly recommend this location and plan on heading back out there at my next oil change!

This was my second time getting my vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location, and because of the outstanding care I received, I will definitely be returning for my future service needs. I want to specifically commend Uriah for providing excellent customer service. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the work that was required. He even went above and beyond by showing me the old part he removed from my vehicle to demonstrate exactly why it needed to be replaced. Additionally, Brady was incredibly helpful by ensuring the correct parts were sourced for my vehicle. Thanks again to both Uriah and Brady for their professionalism and great work.

Very fast, professional, and friendly service.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube. I usually go to the "Boys" and this was such a drastic difference that I can't go back. I know that drive-through service is promised with oil changes in 15 minutes, but I was still shocked when it was that easy and efficient! Even with needing two filter changes (with zero pressure to do so), it took less than 15 minutes from the point I pulled up to driving away. It used to be a taxing, full day affair and now I know it doesn't have to be so painful to handle car maintenance.

What a great experience. I came in to get a free battery inspection and they helped me right away & even showed me the meter hooked to the battery showing it performing poorly. They not only had a new battery delivered within the hour, but installed and programmed it while I waited. I drive a newer model BMW & was told I needed to take it to the dealer for this type of service which most likely would’ve cost me double at least, but this Jiffy Lube did great! New customer for life!

They are very attentive, efficient, and fast. When they do an oil change on my car, they always check everything else as well. And that is important. I am very satisfied with their work.

Usually there is a wait of some kind, but not today. I think it took them not even ten minutes to change my oil and filter for me. Excellent service. Super friendly. And they always have a coupon online for me to use.

I’ve been coming to this location between dealer visits for several years, but this experience really stood out for me. Right from the start, the associate checking me in was very personable and walked me through things, sharing anecdotes as he got my car in the system (I’d changed my plates since the last visit, so we started from scratch). While this was happening, they’d already pulled my car in and vacuumed it out, which isn’t easy with all the dog hair, I know. In the waiting room, the staff and customers were all talking and sharing jokes/stories. I know customer-facing work and seeing a team smile while they work does wonders for the experience. I watched them gently and thoughtfully tell a customer the required service was going to be a bit more than first anticipated. In the end, she was grateful they were taking care of things and the smiles never faded. I was in and out of there in no time, and really glad I stopped in. Thanks!
