Service always good!!!

Service was quick and staff was friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location between dealer visits for several years, but this experience really stood out for me. Right from the start, the associate checking me in was very personable and walked me through things, sharing anecdotes as he got my car in the system (I’d changed my plates since the last visit, so we started from scratch). While this was happening, they’d already pulled my car in and vacuumed it out, which isn’t easy with all the dog hair, I know. In the waiting room, the staff and customers were all talking and sharing jokes/stories. I know customer-facing work and seeing a team smile while they work does wonders for the experience. I watched them gently and thoughtfully tell a customer the required service was going to be a bit more than first anticipated. In the end, she was grateful they were taking care of things and the smiles never faded. I was in and out of there in no time, and really glad I stopped in. Thanks!

Great service in all professional levels i drove up truck was dripping water and snow i apologies to all employees they said no problem it's part of our job they drove my truck in vacuum inside service my truck in and out about 15 to 20 minutes great place to have oil changed explained and even showed me on the computer exactly what the manufacturer suggests valuable information great employees

The team was attentive and the service was quick.

We were traveling to Winchester VA from Canada and had issues with the rear differential fluid leaking. We could not have asked for better service from the fine Gentleman at Jiffy Lube. They showed us where to go to a Ford Dealership and buy what we needed and brought it back to them and they topped it up for us to last until we got to Florida to get it fixed. The professionalism that we were treated with was outstanding. All at no charge!

Very friendly guys - made recommendations but in no way pushy - shout out to Sean who couldn't have been easier to work with.

Polite, knowledgeable folks who provide fast service and make reasonable recommendations about vehicle maintenance and deficiencies, explain those recommendations and alternative options, and don’t push hard for upsells. The price is above what an independent mechanic would charge, but you’re paying for convenience. I was drive up, in and out in about 25 minutes. 10/10 That’s my experience and also my observation of other customers while I waited.

Love Jiffy Lube. They are always very quick and professional. They even let me know that I need to get brakes and anything else that was wrong including all of the acorns in my air filter. Aww country living. :-)

I waited nearly an hour for the oil change, but, it was worth it. Regimented staff, clean store and restroom, welcoming store manager. 20 minutes on the oil change. Highly recommend.
