The General Manager, Kenny, is extremely helpful and honest! I took my son’s 2015 Kia in for a Transmission Fluid change and spoke with him. I told him my concern with the car not easily going into reverse. Kenny answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained to me that based on where and how the car’s transmission fluid was positioned, sealed beneath the car, that the dealership would be the one’s to change it. Kenny made a few excellent recommendations that I will request me when I take the car into the dealership. It’s good that they have Kenny onboard at Jiffy!

The manager is friendly, thorough and quickly got the service done. He came to me with two issues and I agreed that they needed to be corrected. The location is easy to get into and out of. I highly recommend the service here!

One of the best experiences with a “stop and go” maintenance company. These guys were professional and ensured all maintenance was completed in a great time. To me, for someone that usually changes my oil myself, I don’t mind treating myself to this locations services once in a while to take a break. Trust their maintenance it’s professional!!

I’ve used this location twice now. I usually use the dealer but it’s a long drive and thought I’d try Jiffy Lube since I had a coupon. Both times I was pleased with the service, wait time and price. Everyone is friendly. I’ll keep using them as it’s very convenient for me.

Trevor and Team got me in and out in a jiffy! (Pun intended.) no gimmicky sales tactics, just straight forward and customer friendly. I was traveling through the area and needed an emergency oil change. No line so I popped in and was back on the road shortly thereafter.

Had my tires rotated and oil changed in an old v10. Everyone was very kind. Trevor, and Brian finished the job in record time. (Not to mention they actually provided the service instead of trying to pull one over on me like a different business did...)

I went there to see if they could change my headlight bulb. I had called another business, but had more confidence in the Jiffy Lube employee I spoke with (he asked the right questions). I'm so glad I decided to go there. It was much less expensive than I thought it would be, so I got my oil changed too. Friendly, very helpful staff.

For all my customers I served over there I am now at the jiffy lube over on 2nd street in williamsburg. Feel free to come and see me again.
