I was greeted right away by Miss Cody. I informed Miss Cody I was there for an oil change. The service was completed in about 15 minutes. Miss Cody apprised me of recommended service items that needed to be completed and I was on my way after paying $125 for 4.5 quarts of full synthetic oil. I checked the oil level when I got home and found it to be over filled. Returned to Jiffy Lube. Miss Cody greeted me. I informed her of the issue. She apologized and took the car in. Sucked some oil out, checked the level and and I was good to go.

Fantastic experience. Almost flawless. They forgot to change the oil change sticker in the window.

I went in for a quick oil change. It was overdue. Cory and his co-workers promptly took care of my car. They showed me the cabin filter that needed replacement. They were professional and courteous. Pretty quick... its been awhile since I visited a Jiffy Lube so I was pretty happy with the service and the fact they did not try to sell me on more services than I needed/came for.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. I won’t be going back however, as they are scamming people now. My owners manual states to use full synthetic oil and change every 7000 to 9000 miles. Jiffy lube says their policy is every 4000 which translates to two changes for every one that’s really required. My window sticker reflects the Jiffy Lube policy now so they are trying to trick you into changes that aren’t needed.

This Jiffy Lube is pretty fast, and the customer service is good. The technicians are always kind and respectful, and the district manager, Jason Johnson, was very helpful with an issue that occurred on my last visit; my skid plate had been incorrectly reinstalled after an oil change and fell off the first time I went onto the highway with it. Given some time and communication, Mr. Johnson organized a replacement to be reinstalled at no cost to me. While it took an additional visit, I’m glad they were able to make it right.

I really enjoyed the service plus they identified an issue I was having with my car without me having to pay a diagnostics fee. It's a win/win going there. The service was quick and pleasant. No hidden fees. I couldn't be happier ??.

I was rushing to the airport to drop off my cousin when suddenly the underbody panel of my car came loose and started dragging on the road. I panicked and searched for a car repair shop nearby, and Google led me to Jiffy Lube, which was the closest one. They took my car in right away and fixed the issue in just 8–10 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, they said it was a small fix. What felt small to them was a huge relief for me. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. This experience really meant a lot during a stressful moment. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and won’t hesitate to come back again. Highly appreciated!

Had a headlight out and I came near closing but was helped with a smile and quick service. He was by himself as well handling everything with a smile.
