Quick service, reasonable price. I have a 2019 Cherokee, so use synthetic oil. Usually expensive so pleasantly surprised at cost. Service guys were great. So polite! Super fast. No pressure for add on sales. Just quick mentions. Def worth driving up from the OBX for!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Jiffy Lube on First Colonial! From the moment I started going there four years ago, they've consistently impressed me with their professionalism and attention to detail. I remember when they replaced all four of my tires in less than an hour—talk about efficiency! Recently, I've been having some issues with my left front tire, and each time I've gone back, their support has been absolutely invaluable. It's comforting to know I can rely on them for all my car needs!

This is a quick and reliable location past 2-3 yrs. Hilltop. Only been there for oil changes but still, it gets the job done.

I’ve gotten my oil change with Firestone and jiffy line mainly and this store in particular has always completed the job the best. Even if life happens to your vehicle they look out and take care of you pronto. This stations the best around hands down.

The Technician was cool and professional. I appreciated his customer service and problem solving. Highly recommend. Not wheelchair friendly in the oil changing bay, but he helped get my chair back into the car. I'll be back for sure.
