Came today for service and Bobby and David did a fantastic job very knowledgeable did a full diagnostic on my vehicle and got me in quickly and out quickly because I was in a rush today. I really appreciate them. They did not overcharge me. They only did what I asked them to do before I came in fantastic people. Excellent location would definitely recommend and come back here again and drive out of my way to come to this location.

I have use jiffy lube for years!! And to be honest I don’t think I’ll ever go to other places to have my car serviced!! The techs are respectful, knowledgeable, reliable and get my work done quickly!!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for prompt Service, Dave was kind and courteous and explained everything exceptionally well and Jon made sure to explain exactly what it was I needed, I was in the area and needed an oil change. Was hesitant about going to Jiffy lube as I’ve had bad experiences at a different location but I’m glad I came here and will definitely be back

This is by far the best jiffy lube in Northern Virginia ive been coming here for 4 years straight they make it difficult for me to want to go anywhere elsebwoth but the great service they provide

Incredible customer service! I can’t say enough great things about Bobby, the Manager at this Jiffy Lube Sterling location. He is truly hardworking, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need. Every time I come in, Bobby is just as friendly and helpful as ever. I always joke with him, “Do you ever have a day off?” ?? I wanted to take a moment to recognize him and let Jiffy Lube know how much I appreciate his dedication. My car battery died when the store was only about 25 minutes away from closing. Instead of turning me away, Bobby helped me purchase a replacement battery and personally installed it for me. That kind of service and genuine willingness to help is rare these days. I appreciate knowing that whenever I come to this Jiffy Lube, I can count on Bobby to go above and beyond for his customers.

John is always so nice and takes the time to explain exactly what my car needs. The shop is always clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. As a woman, I especially appreciate feeling like I can trust their recommendations and that I’m not being pressured or sold services my car doesn’t actually need. It’s refreshing to find a place that is honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience here both times I’ve visited! I came in about a week ago with a Toyota Highlander, and Franky helped me out. He was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming, and honestly everyone working that day was amazing. They were all such gentlemen, the service was efficient, and I left genuinely impressed! I came back today with my Hyundai Elantra and, surprisingly, Franky helped me again! Once again, he was wonderful, and the entire team was super sweet, welcoming, professional, and efficient. It’s not often that you have such consistently good customer service, but both of my experiences here have been 10s across the board. Franky definitely deserves a shoutout, and so does the whole team. Nothing but good things to say!! I’ll absolutely be coming back! ??

Amazing people work here! I was 5 hours from home and my car was making a crazy noise. Not only did they fit me in on a Sunday but they fixed it within a couple of hours! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to help me get my car fixed and back on the road. I appreciate them all so much!

Both Jaylen and John were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging. You can really tell they love what they do and are passionate about helping customers! Very good service, workers were very helpful.

Manager was amazing. Even I can tell they were about to leave and were closing and wasn’t collecting any more cash he still did a professional job and accepted my cash money to close the job. I offered him it wasn’t an issue to pay with card but nicely insisted there was no issue with it. Fast service and precise. Just what someone that cares about time needs.

Franky and John were very helpful and always make sure im taken care of. Very thankful for this Jiffy Lube!

This was my first time at this location. Everybody was super kind, honest and respectful. I got an oil change, cabin filter changes, and brake fluid flush. They were so awesome they gave me a discount.
