Realistic expectations and quick service consultation. My husband’s check engine light came on, and they told us right away that we would need to go somewhere else due to the potential issues. The reason I’m giving a review is because they instantly recommended two locations we could go to with a good attitude which was helpful. They didn’t check the oil themselves and based it off of what my husband diagnosed (originally said jammy, but it ended up only being dirty but still smooth. Only down side because we know they’re usually really quick and have good prices) Good customer service! We ended up just needing a normal oil change from somewhere else, but the experience was positive.

The team at Williamsburg Rd. Jiffy Lube was very professional and great customer service. They explained everything I was getting and I didn't feel pressured to receive any services which made more open to their advice getting the oil change and additional needed services. I will be back for the air filter next week that they suggested I also needed.
