Great guys they did a really good job with taking care of my truck!

The team members at Jiffy Lube# 126 (8025 West Broad Street | Richmond, VA) were absolutely stellar & helpful! Excellent five star service! They gave me some great car advice to help keep my car in tip-top shape too. Not only were they consummate professionals, they also had a lot of charisma and just great honest guys. I want to give a personal shout out to Eric, William, and Josh. Give these handsome & talented men a $30,000 raise each!!! I went during a lunch break, and they were so thorough + quick, I still had time to eat lunch when everything was done. Very impressed. Absolute wonderful experience :)

I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. The guys working were pleasant. If they cleaned my windows, they missed the front and back.

I went here because the man at the closed JL on Stillman Pkwy gave me a 50% off coupon for oil change and my regular mechanic was busy. The technician was very friendly and helpful. They got my oil change done although they told me they couldn’t get the oil plug off so they did the oil change from the top. They did not have any high mileage oil so I went with the synthetic blend. Idk if they changed the oil filter. I did get a free tire rotation and I am grateful for that.

I like to thanks the employees at 8025 W. Broad street today. As I left my company office headed for a customer account in Suffolk, Va my maintenance light appeared. I made a stop at the location for an unscheduled visit. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to explain the differences in the types of oil and its prices before performing the work. He also honored my discount with no questions. The service was very efficient. Sorry I didn’t remember the employees names but they all gave good customer service. Definitely had a good experience there.

The best company ever.

I went here and an older gentleman who had a kind of strong accent named Mac helped me! I would just like to say that as a woman who hates going to do anything with cars because most mechanics are not helpful he was AMAZING and super helpful and made me laugh!! He answered all of my questions and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was worried about coming here BUT MAC made me feel confident and was super amazing! YALL NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE MAC AND YOU NEED TO GIVE HIM A RAISE! I WILL BE BACK FOR MAC! THANK YOU MAC!

Very nice, very fast. Actually showed me issues like brought me back into the actual shop and said “hey look this is what is wrong” and then fixed said issues in under 30 min. Will be back awesome guys.

Friendly and fast!

Went in for tire rotation, and Mac was happy to do that but also suggested new tires - without pressuring at all, simply explaining. He was able to give a list of options and price points for tires. Ended up also scheduling brakes and rotors a week later to pass inspection. The ninja skill was that he valued customer’s time and planned when it would be probably be the shortest wait so we could get it done quickly, which is never a guarantee. Mac is showing the younger crew an example of leadership, accountability, and positivity.
