Convenient and quick

Quick service but the promised car vacuum was not done accordingly. I asked and one of the staff told me they don’t pick stuff up ?????????

They were super friendly and fast!

I went in just to get a regular oil change and found a place where they check and go that extra mile. The young lady Savanah greeted me in with a smile and listened when I mentioned that I am hard of hearing she made sure she do extra effort to look at me while speaking and she didn't mind repeating herself. She asked me mileage, what psi for my tires and ask if I don't mind open door to make sure. She showed me air filter may need to be changed, asked about whopper blades, she took time to recheck everything even went below to make sure that cover is secured. She took her phone out to help me reset my vehicle for maintenance settings and she was happy to help. She is good asking others to check her work and was polite to other customer. I appreciate her positive energy and would recommend others to this take 5.

Fast and quick service very professional

What a great experience I had today it was my first time at Jiffy Lube they were very professional . They gave great advice for things that were outside their scope that I should fix later. I was impressed on how quick everything happened and I was done and less than 10 minutes. I will not change my oil anymore I will be a customer for life and tell others

I came to Jiffy Lube store #1698 after having a bad experience at another location that made an error on my vehicle. I honestly appreciate the way Mr. Jimmy and his team handled everything from start to finish. They took the time to look over my car carefully, explained what was going on, and made sure the issue was corrected the right way. Mr. Jimmy was professional, respectful, and treated me like more than just another customer walking through the door. You can tell he cares about the quality of work his team puts out and making sure customers leave satisfied. The staff was friendly, worked together well, and kept me updated throughout the process which meant a lot after dealing with the stress from the previous location. It’s hard to find places now that really stand behind their work and take care of people the right way, but this location did exactly that. My car is running great now and I’m thankful for the time and effort they put into helping me. Big thanks to Mr. Jimmy and the whole team at store #1698 for making things right and providing excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. Thanks sir!

My deepest thanks to this location being open on a Sunday. We had a limited window to take care of my daughter's car before going back to college. I was beyond pleased with the service team at this location. Professional, kind, worked diligently to get me out of there quickly but not so quickly that I wasn't given options on things to fix. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Went in for oil change, tire rotation. Knew my brake pads were wearing, but they topped me off for everything and then took a look at the brakes. Came and showed me the pads, took care of those too. Reasonable price. In and out in 45 min. Staff was very friendly.

Great service and great team there! Not pushy and extremely knowledgeable staff. Will be back with my other vehicles.
