I’ve been to Jiffylube many times in Staunton, VA with both vehicles. Usually oil change and tire rotation but they always pay attention to filters not just oil, but cabin and air filters too! I’ve also had my radiator flushed and refilled . Shhhhh we won’t discuss the why ??. Kelly Brooks answered when I called with the question , “Will windshield wiper fluid hurt my radiator?” She said bring it in as soon as you can so we can flush it out and replace the fluid. Kelly was super knowledgeable and we had a good laugh as she said, “bring it to us for everything OK? “ I always am greeted by Kelly Brooks when I go into JiffyLube in Staunton. Service from her is always efficient and pleasant and the guys that get the car done very quickly and efficiently is great.

I didn’t catch his name, but a younger, tall guy helped me check in and out on Sunday 3/22. He was so friendly, helpful and professional. My oil change ended up taking a bit longer, he communicated with me every step of the way. This was way different than some of my prior experiences here.

I took my grandson’s car for an oil change and JL found there was an active oil leak- the young man who waited on me explained why they could not do the oil change and was extremely helpful. He put oil in the car and my grandson will take the car back to the shop that was supposed to have fixed the leak about 2 months ago
