Very professional quick service great prices, Will definitely recommend this organization

I had a great experience here today! They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They recommended a couple of filter changes. It was all done in less than 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. Check this place out!

Joe and his Team always provide excellent service and after a thorough inspection he sometimes makes recommendations for additional services to help keep me safe while driving - my visit today was exceptional - synthetic oil change, rotate tires, replace both cabin air filters, replace rear wiper, and brake fluid flush and refill - I will be returning for the next oil change - all completed in 35 minutes - great customer service - just what I needed - appreciate you Joe

I go out of my way to Jiffy lube in Hampton, the staff are always courteous , the manager always explains my needs in detail and offers discounts before I ask.

The Manager Jerica and General Manager was very welcoming. The Energy was welcoming. They gave suggestions about servicing my car without making me feel like I had to spend a ton of money . The Service was professional and fast . And they let me know what they were doing to my car . They communicated with each other as a team . There also was another employee there he was great also. Very Satisfying to have such warm service in such cold weather. It really makes a difference Thank you! ??

Everyone especially Joe, from start to finish was exceptionally nice and customer friendly. I have a Baltimore location that I frequent because that’s where my home is but now that I’m working in Hampton, this location will be my new service provider.

?????????? 5-Star Review I had a flat tire and was having one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. AAA couldn’t really help me much, but they were at least able to tow my car over to Jiffy Lube at 3404 West Mercury Blvd in Hampton, VA. That’s where everything turned around. As soon as I got there, Mr. Anthony and Mr. Jason went above and beyond to help me and the person I was with. They didn’t just change a tire — they took care of everything quickly, kindly, and without any hassle. You could tell they truly cared and wanted to make sure we were safe and back on the road. It’s rare these days to meet people who treat you with that kind of professionalism and genuine kindness. Huge thanks to Anthony and Jason — you both made a really stressful situation so much easier. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone in the area!

This Jiffy Lube was great! They were quick, and friendly. They gave me choices and weren't pushy. They seemed to actually enjoy what they do, and did a good job.

Guys working today were awesome! My last experience else where was not they told me they change my oil and replaced my filter they did neither. I explained to the guys working all they did was over fill my oil. The other place assumed because I was a female I would not check behind them. So it was nice to get everything I asked for done and they were very friendly and the service was Awesome!

This Jiffy Lube has the nicest mechanic. They are always so polite and quick to get the job done. They cleaned my windows, filled my windshield fluid, and put air in my tires. I will always go to this Jiffy Lube. They haven’t failed me in 15 years.
