excellent service in Front Royal!!!!

Walked in to get oil change and brake inspection. Staff was very communicative, always keeping me informed about my Camry. Wound up having the brake job done. Very happy with service and pricing.

As a female I have no worries about going in anytime without a male family member with me. They are always clean, respectable guys working there no matter which one I have gone into. They don't try to upsell or rip you off. I always have prompt courteous service. I go in they do my oil change, and get me out in a timely manner. I love Jiffy Lube. It's where I prefer to do my business. Occasionally I may have to remind them to update my service sticker but I consider that very minor in the bigger picture. Last time I was there I asked if they would check my tire pressure on a specific tire for me. They did. It was low, they refilled it for me.

Always kind people. Fast even when busy. Went by too early last oil change and they told me!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! They even topped me off. That convinced me to stay. Thanks Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube has been quick and reliable here in Front over for me. As an existing customer, they have been so helpful and I really appreciate the time that they took to check my tire pressure for me one day when I was having issues and they were all very helpful and it really saved me a big headache

Thank you to the team! I brought by my husband’s car today for an oil change and to check the air system for a smell. It was probably the worst smell they’d smelled. They found the culprit quickly and dealt with it professionally. I’m so sorry for the stink. Appreciate you all for handling the problem so well!

Absolutely great service. After requesting the regular oil change and tire rotation, it was brought to my attention that I need a new tire, the gentleman even brought the tire in to show me the issue. If it wasn’t for him I would have never known as it was on the inside of the tire! If it wasn’t for him informing me, a dangerous situation could’ve happened on the road or interstate. Amazing staff you guys have here at this location. Because he didn’t have to show me anything! Thank you Donnell

My worst nightmare came true yesterday while traveling back home to Pittsburgh from Haymarket, Virginia yesterday and the guys at Jiffy Lube saved the day. As a back story, I will drive anywhere as long as I have someone to follow or an experienced traveler in the passenger seat. This was the first time I went to visit my sister and drove with just my kids and pup. I was nervous about the trip but I wanted to see my sister so we did it. We had just started our trip back to a Pittsburgh and my son was driving. We got into the fast lane and sped up and my car started making a rattling noise. I told my son that we needed to pull over so he pulled into the slow lane. The noise stopped so we continued on but the next time we got up over 70 it started again so we got off at the next exit that said it had a gas station around and when we got to the gas station, we got out snd looked at the car on the sides underneath and couldn’t see anything. I went into the gas station and asked if there was anywhere that I could go where someone could please take a look at my car because I needed to get back home. They told me to go to an Exxon. I went there. They couldn’t help me I was sent to a Citgo. They couldn’t help me. So at this point, I’m now probably about a half hour outside of Haymarket and decide. I’m just turning around and going back. I figured there has to be someplace I can go. I know that there’s places in my area that are open on Sundays. I called my Sister and brother-in-law and asked if they knew of anywhere to go and their best advice was as long as no warning lights came on in the car and that the car was handling properly, but the noise was only happening if we were above 70-75 that should just stay on the main roads and drive slower than that. So I turned around and tried to start going back home again at which point further down the road my car started making the noise when I was going 65 and then 60. My daughter found the Jiffy Lube in Front Royal and I called them and they told me to bring my car in and they’d see what they could do. We got there 20 minutes later all of us, including the pup, and hopped out of the car. They pulled it in and told me where I could take the dog to go to the bathroom. While two of the guys worked on trying to figure out what was wrong with my car the other two guys sat and talked to us. They were all so incredibly kind, and they discovered that my gas flap, I think that’s what they called it, was missing screws and they replaced those. They made sure my tires were good. They checked my axle and they filled my windshield wiper fluid. They were incredibly kind and gave me peace of mind that it would be safe to travel the rest of the way home. I headed back out on the road and the problem was solved. I highly suggest this Jiffy Lube. They did an awesome job and made a very scared mom feel safe. Thank you!

Very helpful with information on services that are provided at the store and for the services that are not offered, I was given leads on where to try.

Honest and hard working. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is kind and the head mechanic (Aaron) is knowledgeable and willing work hard to get something done. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for your honesty, integrity and hard work.

These guys helped me out when I came in from out of town, needed an oil change before another long drive home. After trying a Pep Boys in Winchester where they told me it'd be 5 HRS before they could help me- I tried this place and these guys got it done in 10 minutes. Great customer service, great price, I couldn't be more happy with how it went. It's nice too because trying a random place as an out of towner can be stressful- but Front Royal treated me right ??

First time at this Jiffy Lube location and, as with the other locations, these techs did a great job on my vehicle, were pleasant to work with, they ensured everything was correctly back in place (unlike other oil change companies) and I was back in my vehicle quickly and safely. Will continue to use Jiffy Lube for that reason.

Stopped in the Jifflube by the house for a quick oil change. The team did a great job at Getting me in/out. No issues. Service was great.

Best experience ever! I came in from out of town and my low engine level light came on and they fixed my car right up. Super attentive and fast! Massive shout out to Aaron, Tristian, and Savion because they were fantastic. I think I may have to drive here from where I live now because they have set the bar high! Just remind them to eat some Melting Pot pizza! You can’t be in Front Royal and not eat there! Kudos to the manager here because this was the best experience I’ve ever had, hands down! Very professional and fast

I’ve been going to this location in Front Royal for a few years, and I’m always greeted with a smile. Since I drive a Huyndia, I have to always top off my oil. Once not only did they top off my oil, but fixed my tire pressure, and fixed my falling front bumper by Johnny!

The team there was extremely professional and had me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality service. A special shout-out to Carsyn, Ryan, Jeremecih, and Caleb for taking such good care of me. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together while still making the customer feel appreciated. If you’re in the Front Royal area and need an oil change or vehicle service, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Great service and a great crew!

Had some car troubles, so I dropped by, and yall didn't disappoint. Everyone was eager to help, especially Luke he was just tremendous and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure I was out quick and even offered to show me a few things to help me out in the future with my car. I'm definitely gonna be coming back!!

Always in and out. No trying to force an air filter down your throat like a lot of other Jiffy Lubes. Pleasant employees and manager.
