Fast service and great work! I was in and out pretty quickly and they didn't pressure me with a bunch of upselling. Everyone was friendly, too. I'll definitely be back!

Jax was a fantastic greeter and service tech! I was greeted within a minute of driving up, and even though there was 4 vehicles ahead of us we were pulled in after about 25 minutes. Took almost 30 minutes to go over my recommendations by milage, change the oil, change cabin air filter, vacuum, wash windows, and rotate my tires. I was in and out in just about an hour! I was also offered the military ?? discount (15%) when Jax was inputing my email. address

I only have 1 complaint but they were fast and friendly. They also weren't high pressure trying to sell me on other services and I appreciate that. My only complaint was something the workers had nothing to do with and that's the price of a simple oil change. I'm 55, in good health and I have the ability to change my own oil. I never taught myself how to do it but I promise you, now I will. The service was worthy of 5 stars but the prices have me knocking it down to 4. The prices inspired me to buy the propper wrench and oil pan I need to do it myself next time. You can learn anything on YouTube. Thank you for the awesome service but until I'm too old to change my own oil, goodbye Jiffy Lube. This is a warning to Jiffy Lube and other services that aren't 100% needed to able body people. You're all about to loose life long customers. You're shrinking your customer base with such high prices.

Reliable service. I choose this Jiffy Lube over any other business to bring any of my vehicles. Sometimes I take their recommendations. I will say, if you get a tire rotation, you'll have to go somewhere else to get it balanced. It's just a service they don't provide. The process is convenient and timely. I appreciate them. Also, they do provide military discounts!

Jax and Kevin went above and beyond! I had an oil change an air filter change and the team was very quick and the prices are fair. On top of that, I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver to change my license plate tags and I didn’t even have to do it myself! Jax and Kevin did it for me complementary and even switched out the screws that were rusted for my plates. I will definitely be coming back here for future services and all my oil changes! Friendly team. Thank you guys !!

Very good . This Fredericksburg location discovered a broken F. R. Lug bolt broken by the last J.L . In another location ,That performed a tire rotation & damaged this R. F. Wheel bolt . Waiting to see how Corp. would like to handle this issue .
