Great service

The visit for my oil change was fast. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of other services. The front desk clerk didn't wait for me to pull up my $10 discount code - she just added it in herself. And the workshop staff, working in ridiculously hot conditions in temps that felt like way over 100°, were unfailingly polite and kind. Kudos to all.

This is fast convenient service where you don't have to drop off your vehicle. That's why I like it. It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make a It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make an appointment and sit there for half a day or a whole day or get a ride from somebody and pick up my car later. This is so much better. Sometimes at Jiffy Lune you have to wait for a couple of cars and sometimes there's no line. This is a great location and they're open on the weekends. Their prices are more than if you drop your car off with a mechanic all day or wait all day for the same service. I would much rather pay a little more and get better and FASTER service. This place is great. I've taken multiple cars here for years with no problems. The staff know what they're doing.

In and out in a Jiffy, very professional staff, did a detailed check of my vehicle, presented options and checkout was easy!

They show you the filter and coolant and say it’s dirty. Not ever sure if it needs replacement though. Customer service lady was nice though.

This Jiffy Lube was efficient and proficient. Love that it opens at 8 am. Assistant manager Jermaine was so helpful and knowledgeable in explaining exactly how to keep my car running well. Highly recommend!!

Getting an oil change was so easy and the team was so efficient. They estimated 25 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation and I left in under 20! Jiffy Lube rules.

They did a great job changing my oil and diagnosing an issue with my car.

I had to take my car in to get new rear brake pads, roters, brake fluid, and calipers. Not only did Jiffy Lube fix everything to the point to where, now, my 2015 GMC Terrains runs like new, but the head mechanic, Andrew, is probably the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. He was able to "eyeball" the problem almost immediately. He is a true professional and master at his craft.

This shop was the only one open on Memorial Day near me. The team was fast and professional and did not try to upsell me on any additional services. They even quickly rebounded from a short power outage.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change at this Fairfax location. The shop was very clean, and the overall process was incredibly efficient. What stood out most was the great customer service and transparency with their pricing there were no surprises, and they even honored my coupon without any hassle. The gentleman who greeted me was incredibly professional and courteous, and Jermaine, the gentleman who assisted me, provided top-notch service throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be back.
